At no more than 5 minutes walk there is everything you need, food take away, a very good bakery, restaurants, supermarkets, exchange, public transport tickets... Position is very convenient, there are several public transport lines that can take you to the center of the city and they are cheap and pretty frequent on a route with generally few traffic.
