Très bien placé et bon niveau
Hôtel bon niveau et très bien placé. Cependant il n'y a pas beaucoup d'efforts sur le mobilier des chambres. Ce n'est pas mon 1er séjour dans celui ci. La vue sur le temple peut être pourrie, ça dépend de la chambre. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est pas super chaleureux... La salle de bain est bien et propre. Le personnel très attentionné. Lobby et système de garde des bagages très pratique. Un peu cher.

Très bonne situation
A moins de 600 mètres des palais royaux et du village Hanok, c'est l'endroit idéal pour visiter le Séoul historique. Hôtel au calme dans un quartier animé. La station Séoul (trains et aéroport) est à deux arrêts. Hôtel sans petit-déjeuner. La vasque de la salle d'eau est dans l'entrée ! Manque de tiroirs pour les affaires. Simple mais fonctionnel, mais pas pour un temps long. Les restaurants alentours ferment très tôt (9-19H)

Bien placé, mais pas de clim et pas de buffet
Hotel très bien situé dans le quartier d'Insa-dong, très central et proche des principaux palais, du hanok bukchon village, ou encore du temple de Jogyesa. C'est un hotel moderne, situé au dessus d'un petit centre commercial peu animé. Un accueil standard, très coréen. Nous avons eu une chambre moderne avec une literie confortable et surtout très propre. Malheureusement, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir un système de climatisation qui ne pouvait pas être réglé. Malgré des instructions pour descendre la température à 20°, nous devions dormir avec une température de 28° dans la chambre. Après plusieurs échanges avec les services de l'hôtel, il semblerait que le système soit centralisé, et que le réglage individuel est inexistant. En tout cas, nous ne sommes jamais parvenu à le baisser en deçà de 26°. Ainsi donc, la climatisation vantée dans le descriptif de l'hôtel ne vous permet pas de choisir votre température dans la chambre. Autre déconvenue : le petit-déjeuner. Le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est plus en service. La belle photo vous laissant espérer un beau buffet n'est plus d'actualité depuis plus d'un an. A la place, un petit restaurant se trouvant deux étages plus bas propose des petits-déjeuners coréen. Pas de café, pas de thé, pas de céréales ou d'oeufs en tout genre, mais un choix de 3 plats à base de soupes épicées, de riz ou de salade. Rien à voir avec un buffet (vous seriez avisés de retirer la photo). Très décevant.

出張で6泊しましたが部屋は広くて大変清潔でよい部屋でした。毎日ミネラルウォーターが2本用意されます。小さなモール（といってもレストランがほとんど）と隣接し、仁寺洞の中にあるので、食事には困りません。また安国駅から徒歩5分程度、景福宮にも7分程度で行けるので、便利です。スタッフの対応もよく、インターナショナルタクシーやツアーの手配を夜遅くに頼んでも的確にやっていただけました。

Great central location in a cute walkable neighborhood in Seoul. A few differ Nine Tree hotels in Seoul, but this premiere version (4 vs 3 stars) in Insadong is definitely worth the extra $$.

Great staff, nice location with easy walk to many restaurants, shopping areas and landmarks. Buffet was good but could have been warmer. I'd recommend 9 Tree to everyone.

仁寺洞中心に観光するのにピッタリのホテルでした。チェックイン、チェックアウト、荷物の預りなどがセルフになっているので、スタッフの方と関わることはほとんどありませんでしたが、周辺のお店についてフロントの方に質問した際には、とても親切に対応してくださいました。また清掃の方も感じがよく優しかったです。ありがとうございます！

We loved this hotel - a couple of GS25 at the bottom floor and on the way to the station, very close to the station and gyeongbokgung palace. Our room had a beautiful view and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently so, we didn’t struggle checking in and they have a self check out station as well as luggage weighing scales which was useful! The location was really great but do avoid 6-8pm for subways because it gets packed. But public transportation around this area is very easy to use!

Great place to stay in Seoul in the Insadong neighborhood/m. Right next Anguk station. Big rooms, modern, great breakfast. Would recommend to anyone, was a great place to base ourselves for our first visit to Seoul.

I loved my stay here. It’s a lovely hotel situated in the heart of Insadong. You have many shops, restaurants and quaint tea shoppes right outside your door. You are walking distance from many of Seoul’s top attractions and close to a train station and several bus lines. Staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. A convenient laundry room and small but adequate gym are onsite. You can’t ask for much more. I would definitely stay here again.
