« The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled to Geneva for the Ironman race and so we had to wake up super early. The hotel staff had arranged “grab-and-go” bags for the athletes to have breakfast at 4am. They also made the breakfast nook available so we could use the toaster, microwave coffeemaker and hot water for those of us that had packed our breakfast essentials. Thank you to the Microtel team for going above and beyond !!! »

« Check out was easy in the front desk personnel were super nice and gave us great suggestions for dinner. We ate at the restaurant and service was very fast. We felt safe and there’s plenty of parking. Parking is free which is also nice. »

« Great hotel overlooking Seneca Lake. Although we did not have a room with a lake view, there were so many places all around us to sit and relax. Front desk staff was very friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommend staying here. »

« At first glance the rooms look a little run down BUT because the walls are cement block (nicely painted, not bare) this place is quiet! I've never heard anything from adjacent rooms or even the highway nearby. Also a wonderful and safe walking trail just a few hundred yards from the motel, so a great place to stop with my dog who needs lots of exercise. The toilets flush really well, too, no plugging up. And it's family run. I'm happy to forgo something fancier to support a family run business. »
