Hôtel avec hall très accueillant et grandiose. Chambre très spacieuse, jolie mais manquant de décoration (un peu austère à mon goût), bien équipée. Check on rapide, cependant facturée une consommation à notre départ alors que nous n’avions pas touché au mini bar, c’est bof (a savoir, qu’ils ont tenu compte de notre version, et ont annulé la facture du mini bar) Service de voiturette pour vous amener à la route principale très appréciable

Agréable séjour
Bon séjour de quelques jours dans cette hôtel très bien situé. Agréable accueil, piscine et restaurant. Service chauffeur pour partir en excursion abordable. Pas tout a fait clean mais c’est un bon hotel dans sa globalité.

Déçu Chambre assez vétuste, joints de sdb et jacuzzi noir et en mauvais état. Forte odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, très désagréable. Trop cher par rapport à l’état et aux autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné pendant nos vacances. Cela est dommage car le personnel est au top, l’espace piscine est sympa et le petit déjeuner très varié.

Super hôtel, un peu excentré du centre, mais en scooter nous y sommes en 5 min même pas ! Du fait qu'il ne soit pas en plein milieu d'une rue il n'y a aucun bruits. De plus le personnel est super ils nous ont même garder nos grosses valises durant notre séjour dans les îles.

Très belle place avec des gens très courtois.
C'était notre premier stop dans notre voyage de Bali. Nous avons demandé un Pick-Up à l'aéroport et ils nous attendaient (très gentil). Nous avons passé 2 jours dans l'établissement et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le personnel très gentil. Pas eu de problème aussi avec la location de scooter via l'hotel. Chambre très belle, Piscine sur le toit aussi. Nous avons trouvé le cocktail chère mais c'est pas mal la norme a Bali... 130 000 Rp (10 US$).

Notre séjour dans cet hotel fut assez compliqué : Nous avions pris une chambre avec jardin( cher mais en promo!) En fait se sont des chambres en rez de chaussé et je jardin n est autre qu une triste cour avec trois arbuste et surtout un immense mur de 4 mettre de haut en béton gris qui vous fait face... Horrible. Nous avons demander à changer de chambre et la ce fut le grand combat!!!! Après un si long voyage c dommage! Sachez que si vous prenez une chambre elle n aura pas de fenêtre qui s ouvre( aucune) si ce n est celles avec jacuzzi ( c ce que nous avons pu avoir après grande négociations Les chambres sont modernes,spacieuses, propres ( si ce n est un très gros Cafard dans la dalle de bain un soir!) et quelques remontées d odeurs de la douche.mais pas chaotique L hotel se trouve assez loin du centre vivant de Seminyak, nous nous sommes décidés à louer un scoot ct plus pratique! Il y'a tout le confort d un 4*, la piscine en terrasse et le petit déjeuner restent leurs point fort ms c tout Pour le prix à Bali on peut avoir tellement mieux Le personnel est quant à lui formidable et l hotel mérite sa note grâce à lui Bon séjour... The property was beautiful and the staff was awesome.... Went above and beyond. Eka from the blu restaurant and bar was such a a friendly person and a face we enjoyed seeing everyday. The coffee bar was a great morning treat and the breakfast buffet was top notch. The views from the rooftop pool were great and the hotel was within walking distance to many things. The only downfall the resort had was that the room smelled very moldy and mold was on the floor when we woke up in the mornings, the ac and hot outdoor temps mixing did not like each other, with some more weatherproofing of the glass deck door this facility would have been a hidden gem for the price.

Everything was good except i booked a deluxe king specifically listed on expedia, arrived by told its not available that i needed to accept a twin option. After 1st round negotiation, reception aggreed to give us a king room from day 2, i refused that offer. Another round negotiation done, king room became available by waiting additional 1 hour. That was my one and only complaint regarding this property.

Ok stay, better value for money elsewhere?
Overall, a fairly acceptable experience - not worth the price point though... We stayed in a spa suite for 10 nights and the room was large and spacious with a few minor issues. The hotel overall would have been a lot nicer closer to construction however the maintenance is a bit lacking. Although we notified days ahead of our check in time, which was later than the minimum, we were still had to wait an hour for the room. Daily housekeeping struggled to keep up even when we were out all day. Onsite food was average at best however there is loads to pick from close by. If I was to stay here again it would need to be around $75 AUD per night.

Devin sky I am sure was lovely 10 years ago but it is in desperate need of a refurbishment. We were promised a room with a rain head shower as we had booked a whirlpool suite, our room did not have this, the staff didn't understand when I asked to change to a room that did, they eventually showed us other rooms but without the whirlpool. I wouldn't trust any of the photos on their website as they are clearly out of date and the hotel is much more tired than the photos depict. Breakfast was terrible, we ate their once and then went out each morning for breakfast, service is slow and takes a long time to get anything.

Alt i alt var det ok. Lite vedlikehold. Renner vann fra taket i hele første etasje. Første natte begynte arbeideren å jobbe etter kl 23:00 for å fikse hull i døren min. Utrolig uhyggelig at de velger å gjøre noe slikt så seint, nabo rommet klagde.

Staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet was incredible! However, overall the stay was mediocre - sadly the photos are deceiving and we are surprised this is considered to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is quite “tired” looking and is in need of a renovation. It also has a very damp and musty smell throughout common spaces and within the room.

We loved the whirlpool room, only the bathroom could maybe use some renovation. All the staff members are amazing and the roof terrace is a perfect spot for breakfast.

Mediocre stay
Lovely big room with whirlpool on balcony. Well equipped but terrible damp smell that was so strong and coming from AC. There was a candles burner lit when we entered the room and I realised after I blew it out why it was lit, to hide damp smell. Whirl was lovely though in need of maintenance, really worn as was decking area but we used it and it was relaxing. The only other thing that let it down was check out; we had to wait to check out whilst they radioed house keeping to check our room. Not sure what that was about as never encountered that ever but left us feeling like criminals and delayed us ordering Grab to airport. Staff are lovely otherwise and breakfast was good with lovely views.
