深夜に入国し、翌日午前にフライトだったので空港の近くに泊まりました。空港からタクシーですぐの距離だったので大変良かったです。部屋は広くて快適でしたが、シャワーのお湯が出なかったのが残念でした。なので施設のコンディションと設備は星一つにさせていただきます。

Not sure why my room wasn’t serviced on the second day, but otherwise a great experience. Great space to unwind and prepare for some long flights ahead.

Pros: - 5mins drive to the airport (advise to get a car from the airport to get here instead of walking). - Big spacious room. - Toilet was clean. Cons: - Took some time for the check in as my booking was not in the list. However appreciate that the staff did all possible to help find. - A few mosquitoes in the room. Mosquito repellent is a must. - Centralised aircon. Overall, it is good enough for an overnight stay from a late arrival flight.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast available for 2200LKR, big comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, lovely shower, super convenient for the airport - within walking distance but a busy road between hotel and airport so wouldn't recommend walking. Hotel provided a shuttle bus service for 2500LKR. Would stay here again.

空港から近くて安いです。空港からは歩けないです。トゥクトゥクで500スリランカルピーでした。もっと安く行けたかも。ホテル は簡素ですが、不満は一切なしです。

This is a great place to stay if you’re spending an overnight at the airport. Very good rooms, clean and close to the airport. Not much around the area though. Staff very good too and you can’t beat the price. Only thing to careful of is at the airport taxi stand it seems to draw others who want to put your luggage in the taxi and then open the door for you and expect a tip. Lots of them around the airport taxi stands including those with stands inside the airport. Two guys harassed us for tips just because they opened the taxi door for us. This has nothing to do with the Good Wood Airport Hotel.

I liked the layout and decor of the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a balcony overlooking a large, green space. The lication is minutes away from the airport. As for disappointments, twice the reception didn’t do as they said they would. I finally went to get the adaptor from the front desk, and a clerk never got back to me about internet connection. I waited for more than the hour he promised to get back to me. I just gave up as I had an early plane to catch. However, I would stay there again, especially if I have an early plane to catch.

Ideal location near Colombo Airport for overnight stay. Very friendly staff, good restaurant. Comfortable and clean. Not expensive. Hotel currently (11/2023) having some upgrades. Happy to recommend.

The hotel is merely average in terms of cleanliness, as both the floors and bathroom leave something to be desired. If you're in need of an inexpensive place to stay near the airport for a brief period of time, this hotel could suffice. However, for anything more than that, I would not recommend extending your stay here.

・空港の到着ロビーから徒歩(実測)で15分の距離 ・ホテルに隣接して、レストラン、バーあり ・徒歩圏内にファミレスあり（アルコールなし） ・ファミレスの隣に、リカーショップがある ・徒歩圏内にスーパーやローカル商店街がある ・幹線道路沿いにあるが客室は奥まったところにあるので騒音はない ・アメニティは、シャンプーと石鹸のみ ・部屋にドライヤー設置なし ・部屋は大きく、ベッド以外にテーブルソファーもあり広々している ・ホテルから 1.2km離れたところに Katunayaka South Railway Stationがあり、そこまで歩けは Colombo Fort Station まで列車で行ける(1時間に一本ぐらいの運行) 空港到着、乗り継ぎにはとても便利な場所にあるため、入国時、出国前の両日利用

Pleasant stay for overnight transit at CMB
I stayed here for 12-hours transit at CMB. Easily found on foot from the airport. Unless you do not want to sweat leaving out of the airport building, this must be one of the options. Outlet type in the room is G (three pins).
