Hôtel très bien placé en ville, tt proche de Tlaquepaque, village d'artistes et d'artisans. Fêtes le jour de notre pasage. Par contre pas de petit déj à prévoir ds un café en face de l'hôtel.

This is an old motel which has been very well kept. Close to some great restaurants. Our only issue was check-in was awful. System recognized my reservation but it wouldn’t go through because of a discount that had been applied. Took forever. Not sure if this was an Expedia glitch or the hotel.

The room was in a great location, with excellent restaurants right across the street. We arrived early and figured out the A/C and fan, so by the time we were ready to retire, the room was the perfect temperature. It's not a fancy hotel, but it's clean and it's in a really great location. It was nice to park the car and walk around.

The person that checked me in made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by being there. There was a hole in the side of my mattress that a broken spring was sticking through and cut my leg. Very noticeable when pulling the sheets back. Location is ok but walk everywhere because your in the middle of traffic town. They do have a nice patio look out area with nice views.

It's disheartening to read that our wonderful front desk staff did not take care of you in the manner we are accustomed to take care of our guests. Could you please let us know what room you were in? I would like to find the box spring that has the snag on it, I know it can't be our mattress because we have memory foam beds. Please let me know. Thank you!

The bed was huge, sheets and mattress were comfy. Toiletries were high end. Walkable to great restaurants.

The female lobby receptionist ignored my complaint regarding the metal lobby bench having rivets which tore my wife’s pants after she stood up after sitting on bench. I want reimbursement for damage and management to acknowledge the danger of the bench. I am disgusted with the lobby receptionist stupidity. Someone will cut themselves sitting on this bench.

Nasty reviews like this should be taken down immediately. Your complaint was not ignored, the front desk agent spoke with you and your wife(the moment it "happened") and took a look at the pants. There was no tear or damage. I think we should leave it at that.

This motel is in a great location, very walkable for everything in town. Downside is that the central location comes with a fair amount of traffic noise, and the facility really needs some updating. Georgia in the office was helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. One wish was that we could have checked in before 4:00 sharp.....though to be fair, the time was shown when I booked.

We try to help our guest as much as we can with an early check in if possible, unfortunately sometimes being a small property and not having rooms available early puts a tremendous amount of pressure on our incredible housekeeping staff to turn over the rooms. In all honesty we rather have the room clean and ready for check in time than have a small detail slip through that a guest would not like. Thank you!!

Great location! Hotel need to add another luggage rack or table. There are only 3 drawers to put clothes in so my husband had to leave his stuff in suitcase on the floor

Thank you so much! Our location does make it easy to enjoy Sedona. We do have the carpets professionally cleaned every 3 months but maybe during our busy times we should make it a little more often, thank you for the suggestion!

Location is great. Rooms are good but bathroom needs to be better. Shower was weak with not great water pressure. Also wished they would have more double queen or full beds

Thank you so much!!!! You are right, even though we are on the road; the hotel does take advantage of the gorgeous views and the brick exterior does block most of the road noise.

Great location. Room was average. Pillows lumpy. We were next to the arts area and we could see the red rocks from our room. The motel is on a busy street but there was good sound proofing.

This is a wonderful hotel. That is nicely renovated. The only negative about the place is the walls are poorly insulated and you can hear your neighbors quite easily.

Great place for to stay! Location is very convenient for walking to dozens of places to shop, dine, or drink. Rooms were clean, parking is in front of your room, and bed was comfortable (but firm).

There was stunning art in the lobby, and the front desk people were lovely and helpful. The view across the road was beautiful. The m/hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to shops and the art district just down the hill. The only downside was that the small block of rooms was just a renovated strip motel, so there was noise coming through the walls from other rooms. I missed having a desk or table to work on my laptop in the evening.

Attractive property in a central location convenient to shopping, dining and other activities in and around Sedona. Parking was convenient, the room was spacious and well appointed and overall we enjoyed our stay.
