Heated pool was very clean; trolly/van to surrounding areas very convenient, right outside property. Manager very helpful. Did not like fact that dogs are allowed in any room and outdoors -- peeing & pooping by dogs on property not to my liking. Only do cleaning after 3 days stay and only by request.

Mid grade hotel. It was fine. Air conditioner in our room sounded like a Boeing 737 and didn’t really put any cold air out. Pool was a nice feature. Communal outdoor spaces were nice when it wasn’t filled with smokers.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and curtious. Coffee machine that brewed fresh every cup. We are early risers and the staff scrambled to provide breakfast before the promised “open” hours. I did expect a Sedona view from the room but the small port hole of a window looked out on the trash bins.

Perfect location - close to hiking trails and attractions while away from the congestion of downtown. Standout staff - everyone was helpful, attentive, friendly, and seemed happy to be there. Room appointments nice, we found the bed comfortable. The fireplace in our room was a nice touch and really took the chill out of the air. Recent upgrades like the HVAC and the bath mirror/light were appreciated. Decent but not extravagant breakfast, parking can be a little tight for large SUVs. Overall, highly recommend! Thanks guys ;)

The only thing I did not like was checking in. I walked in to the office and was told by a employee to use the check in kiosk that had a live person in the Philippines, but had a hard time understanding her. The employee behind the desk had to tell me what she was talking about. It took longer to check in then just have the in person employee check me in.

It’s an OK hotel the staff was very nice. The place is pretty dated, but what’s there was clean just an average hotel. I would stay there again mostly because the staff was so nice but the place could use a little updating

I like that they have continental breakfast for guests and there’s enough parking. The room needed some renovation as the carpet looks dirty & I find it odd that the sink is the first thing you see when you open the door. The first night we can hear our next room neighbor’s noise but overall, it was a comfortable stay.

We booked a room with fireplace and jacuzzi tub. It was so quiet and relaxing at the property, and we even had a small outdoor patio to ourselves directly outside the sliding doors. We would definitely go back.

The place was nice except for 3 things. They booked a herd of elephants to stay above us. We could hear everything from them turning their tv off and on, walking, closing drawers, etc. The 2nd thing is the property directly behind us was crushing rocks at 8am. The 3rd thing was there was no blackout curtain. There was a pretend one, 3 feet wide and didnt move. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice.

I liked the way that the property was set back from the roadway and more secluded than others in the area. The staff was also very courteous from check in to check out.

We stayed in January during a few inches of snow and cold temps. The property did an excellent job of maintaining sidewalks around the property. Breakfast options were better than I expected and we appreciated onsite breakfast, 24 hour coffee, etc while waiting out the snow. The room was a little dated but clean and had what we needed for night. The jacuzzi tub was a nice perk and worked great. The wall unit was loud but the heat worked great. Mattress was extra firm and pillows weren’t the greatest. Would not want to spend more than a couple nights here but it worked great as a last minute place to stay for us and I would stay again.
