Une très belle hôtel avec beaucoup de cachet et d’histoires mais nous avons eût une chambre dos au ascenseur (une vrai horreur) un bruit intense de frottement et on nous a dit qu’il était sold out, je n’ai rien à dire sur le reste un bon personnel mais en tant que membre Hilton je crois qu’il aurait put nous up grader pour un meilleur confort

Superbe hôtel, très distingué et confortable. À deux pas du "métro" de Seattle. J'adore le thème arctique et la façade avec les statues de morse, d'autant plus que ce thème est ancré à l'histoire de l'hôtel. Seul bémol, le bruit que faisait le système de chauffage et comment il s'arrêtait et redémarrait incessamment.

Seattle , le Pacifique , le lac Washington , le Market , une ville plaisante , dynamique et écologique . Beaucoup de vélos malgré les collines aux pentes importantes . Hotel très bien placé pour tout - auto inutile pour connaître la ville - , y compris sa proximité avec le train reliant le centre ville à l'aéroport .

Really nice hotel with unique features. Definitely check out the Dome Room. Centrally located with a train stop right outside. Our room was pretty small, but we didn't mind. The free breakfast was a nice perk. Room service never came - not sure if we had to request it. But regardless, we had a great stay and would return again!

We stayed on night and had issues from the moment we tried to find an alternative to the hotels over priced parking. We tried to park in the lot next to hotel that was also overpriced, we whitened a car break in. We ended up spending almost 100 on hotel valet. Upon checking in to the hotel, staff was not friendly or courteous. The lobby is beautiful and was waiting with our child for my husband to deal with valets before going upstairs and was told we couldn’t stand there because it had turned into a bar and our son could be there. There were no signs anywhere. Worst night of sleep with sirens going off all hours of the night because this hotel is in the bad part of town.in the morning at checkout the valet didn’t say one word just got the car. Very unfriendly. Such a beautiful hotel and a shame they can’t offset the area’s decline and feeling unsafe with friendly attitudes. Also, paid $30 for soggy fish and chips at the hotel bar. If you end up staying here, I hope you have a better experience than we did.

We had an amazing stay at the arctic club staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is really nice. Only issue that we had was there was a large group checking in as we were checking out and retrieving our bags that delayed our exit for about 20mins. I think it maybe helpful to have more staff at night traffic times.

The room was nice, so was the complimentary breakfast and staff was friendly. However my room overlooked an enormous construction pit, filled with dirt and trash. Not the best view from the window.

During my visit to town for the Cubs vs Mariners series, I spent four days and three nights in room 611 at this hotel. Its proximity to the T-Mobile/Lumen area was a major plus, as it was within walking distance. The room, located at the end of the hall, was both spacious and tranquil. The decor was reminiscent of the 1920s, which added a unique and nostalgic ambiance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, although the pillows were not quite up to par. The bathroom was adequately sized and functional. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would happily choose to stay here again in the future.

Convenient, great staff, loads of charm, and terrific that a hot breakfast is included. This area of downtown Seattle suffers from an unsafe street population that the hotel does an excellent job of ensuring security of its guests within its perimeter.

Love the history and character of the Arctic Club. It's the type of experience that you normally have to pay at least twice as much for at an autograph collection or other unique premier location. Staff was top notch. Desk staff took the time to give us a tour of the Northern Lights Dome room. So cool!
