Very friendly/helpful at check in. Location a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. Dinner at restaurant was delicious with great service.

Staff was lovely and very helpful in every and any aspect of our trip. I really have no complaints except for maybe the elevator is a bit dated, small, and slow. I also would recommend hitting the QFC for snacks and such before staying because the tiny convenience bar they have of snacks and drinks is very pricy. Like $5 for a bottle of water pricey (they do have 2 free bottles in your room though which is great!). Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, rooms and communal areas were always clean and modern. Enjoyed my stay!

We were so kindly offered an upgrade to our room, however we had horrible construction around the entire hotel. The staff was very friendly and our room was spotless.

Everything was good except got the check in. The front desk agent told my I owed the amount that I had already paid through Expedia. I explained I had already paid through Expedia she said several times that it had not be paid. I finally showed her the charges on my bank app and then she changed her mind and said That it had been paid. I was frustrated that she could not find that the room had been pre paid until I showed her my bank charges.

The area around the hotel seemed dirty and unsafe. However, the hotel was amazing and clean and well taken care of. We had a blast in the bar area and the happy hour was awesome. Tyler at the front desk was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area sights to see.

Nice renovated bathroom and room. A big tv with a fridge too. Good underground parking facility. Friendly front desk. Easy check in and check out. The only input I have is to put 2 hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towel or clean clothes.

Very disappointed in the check in process. We arrived early but waited 3 hours while everyone else walked in and got rooms. We were the first there and everyone else got a room. I asked SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS TOLD THERE WERE NO ROOMS CLEANED YET but people walked in and they got a room. Very frustrating and we have never been treated so disrespectful at any Marriott property before. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. The restaurant staff were all very nice.

The location was great and convenient for what I was doing in Seattle but my view had a bunch of garbage cans and construction equipment. There was stomping early in the morning and a lawn mower that ran on a Saturday at 9:00am. I am typically not one who complains but there is construction in this area and maybe see how long it's going on for other than that I love Sheraton hotels.

The front desk had a very nice lady that let us check in early and offered info on dining as well as other questions we ask. Very pleasant. There was construction going on outside our room and woke us up both mornings early. We didn't complain but would not stay there again until that work was completed.

Second time staying here, everyone is friendly. Hasn’t changed since first visit in 2018. Close to space needle, close to Monorail that takes you to downtown Seattle area. Everything walking distance. Will continue to come here on our next visit.

Great stay ! This place is truly very central and also felt safe. I’m sad to admit Seattle felt a little run down and even a bit defensive in some areas but comming back to this hotel felt safe, secure and like home. Thank you

The staff is super nice and welcoming! Not far from space needle. The bus to Pile place is a 7 minute walk! We love the hotel. Some rooms have a great view of space needle. Very Clean and safe hotel!

Friendly staff, quick check in. Parking garage is small, low ceiling and tight parking so plan for that.
