We stayed at the Crowne Plaza last week and absolutely loved the experience. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and noise free at night time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room service requests were promptly addressed. There is a section in the lobby under construction but that does not affect the stay at the hotel in any way. The hotel is fairly close to most of the downtown attractions and the Pier 56 waterfront is walking distance! Lack of eateries in the hotel vicinity is the only downside but then again the Pike Place Market is at a short distance.

There was a construction at the lobby. We couldn’t use the business area and the rooms for working. And the air conditioning was old and too windy for the bed that was close to it. Bathtub was dangerously slippery. There was an anti-slip strip optionally. But without warning, it was dangerous and the the strip was too small.

Even though there was dusty construction the staff was very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The ice machine room on floor 18 was gross (pizza box in there and a tissue on the floor). Still a good experience. Would have been nice to know before booking that parking would be so expensive, but we found out by email before we arrived and so we parked and walked from the ferry instead. We would stay there again.

The only things I disliked is that on day one the elevator card kept sending me the floor above my room for some reason. Also the bar was closed but that was just bad luck. Overall other than those two things it was a really nice hotel

We needed a hotel close to the concert hall and this was well located. An easy walk to Pike Place Market and the concert hall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Lobby is under construction, surprise, so the breakfast was in a conference room. Breakfast was included with our Expedia booking but priced separately it was $59 USD for two and was certainly not worth that. The room was comfortable however housekeeping is on request which was weird for a fairly expensive per night hotel. The walls are thin. Our neighbor was loud and had the tv on all night. The front desk was informed but it did not seem to matter.

El hotel está en remodelación pero eso es lo de menos. La caja de seguridad no servía, tuvimos que hablar tres veces hasta que vinieron. Se descompusieron los elevadores. Quisimos comprar en la tienda del hotel y no servía la máquina para pagar y no nos dieron opciones. Las habitaciones están muy bien.

We really enjoyed our stay. The friendliness of the workers was wonderful and were very helpful giving recommendations for things to do. The only thing that was not ideal was the sidewalk being under construction but I don’t believe that has anything to do with the hotel.

Only thing I didn’t like is that they had a lot of construction going on in the building and around the building but in a city there isn’t much you can do about that. Great friendly and helpful staff
