Lounge area had large tv ( also smaller 1 in rooms ) with tea and coffee . Dining room had a luxurious feel to it , breakfast was amazing , hot and cooked fresh , nothing was any trouble for Tina . « Guest house bien située en bord de mer (en hauteur), proche du centre historique de SCARBOROUGH. Petite chambre douillette dotée d'un lavabo et d'un "petit" lit 2 personnes, avec une vue splendide sur la mer et les falaises. Salle de bain et toilettes à partager mais sans souci pour nous. Accueil agréable et discret. Petit déjeuner anglais de bonne qualité. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Nous recommandons cette Guest house. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Sands apartment. It was a nice area with lovely views looking out to north beach. We stayed in a duplex apartment on the ground floor and felt the bedrooms were a bit small and cramped. Not enough storage space eg. No chest of drawers in the main bedroom and only 10 hangers between two adults. We lived out our cases. The outside patio area and chairs were filthy and not cleaned for our arrival.
