Noisy tenants until after 11PM. No one on duty

Les + : Price was very fair for the property. Good stove, microwave & refrigerator, clean comfortable beds
Les - : Bathroom conditions.
Situation : Easy access to Savannah by car, lots of large shopping centers in 1-mi radius
Reasonable for the price, but needed some management attention on cleanliness & enforcing quiet time after 10PM. No on is on duty form 9PM to morning

We do have security on duty after hours and there number is on the key card envelope we give to all guest and is posted on the office door. Put the Holley bedspreads on the floor, sheets stained with burns, bathroom lanolin loose and buckled, smelled of cigarates

Not worth a dollar to stay

I don't usually complain but my stay at this hotel was terrible. My husband put his socks back on after the bottom of his feet turned black from walking on the carpet, the towels had stains on them so I grabbed the one I brought out of my car (as well as my flip flops so I could feel safe taking a shower), and there were cigarette burns in the blankets. If we were staying longer than a night I would have complained to the staff. However, when I checked in they appeared "grouchy" and I decided to just suck it up and deal with the mess.

Where do I begin?

TV didn't work at all, turned on the water in the bathroom and it ran out from underneath onto the floor, flushed the toilet and the water ran out around the toilet. Disgusting!!!

Les - : The whole place
Situation : Lots of stores and shops--a mall and every store imaginable is very near.
I guess I should have read the details, this was a pretty cruddy experience. I really didn't want to touch the bed spread as it seemed not to have been cleaned in a while. The floor felt pretty cruddy. It was cheap and I guess that's what grabbed my attention, BUT you get what you pay for.

Les - : Needs to be cleaned up.
Situation : No comment.
Horrible nightmare from hell. . I was handed a smoking room. it was suppose to be a non smoking. I had barely walked in when people passing by starts looking into room. I took keys back to office which was barricaded apparently to keep the bad guys out.. I need not say more because the list gets worst.

was a very unpleasant stay, not a very nice area, people knocking on door to bum cigaretts, cleaning service would remove towels and not replace them, the first room they tried to give me smelled of cat urine,, elevator was broken for 3 days that we were there. couldn't wait to get out of there. very pricey for the conditions. the customer service was rude and very poor.
