We are so sorry to hear that you found your stay with us was less than satisfactory. Our rates are set to be extremely competitive with the area we are in, with a few amenities already included. With our Expedia/Hotels.com bookings our guests already have access to the gym, pool, jacuzzi, parking & WI-FI. The bathrooms do host the single door which is apart of our design and uniform throughout most of the hotel. We hope the rest of your stay with us was enjoyable!
