綺麗で清潔感がありました。朝食も美味しかったです。ドリンクのサービスもありがたかったです。お湯の調整も簡単でしたし、アメニティも良かったです。部屋は、シンプルですが温かいデザインで良かったです。また利用したいです。

This hotel has been amazing for the amount that we paid. The facilities are very new and modern and hassle free. Everything was functional and the shower room was exceptional. It is walking distance to Sapporo JR and surrounded by many dining options. Hotel also offers 1 glass of free wine for every adult guest.

As a U.S. citizen and non-Japanese speaker, it was difficult to fully communicate with the desk staff in spite of the hotel advertizing as having English speakers. Thank goodness for Google translate! My room was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The location is also excellent: just steps away from access to the Sapporo subway system; a short walk to Odori Park and a very short walk to a massive mall.

札幌駅から徒歩5分内で、移動しやすいです。部屋も綺麗でしたし、コーヒー飲み放題やワインは飲みませんでしたが1回分無料で飲めるのもありがたかったです。3泊ゆっくり過ごせました。

立地的に利用しやすくてオススメ！ 館内着がワンサイズしかないから、ぽっちゃりさんは自分で寝巻き用意した方が良いかも。。。 他のホテルは大体大きいサイズ用意してるから、そこだけ残念。。。

New, clean and well designed. My only complaint was that the room I had didn’t have natural lighting. The curtain blinds were locked and the view out the window appeared to be against a wall. Kombini stores, public transport and department store is close by. However the property is away from the main strip although everything is walkable

This hotel was better than expected. The room layout was great, awesome lobby with complimentary coffee all day. The laundry room has multiple machines and low prices. The hotel itself is 1.5 blocks from Sapporo Station. Highly recommended.

Loved the bathroom!!! Best shower I’ve ever had! Clean, pleasant. I got a terrible view of another building, but I can overlook that. Love how quiet and dark the room was at night. My only complaint is that the pillows are not great: very small, and one was filled with some sort of weighted material that didn’t allow fluffing. Overall, I’m very pleased with this hotel. I’ll be back.
