Aucune critique majeure à formuler mais rien de transcendant non plus. Principale critique :l'endroit est très sombre et un peu exigu. Pour le prix je m'attendais à mieux. L'emplacement est bien,le manager très sympathique.

Delightful guest cottages with free parking for your rental car and convenient access to the island roads for road tripping to Pico Mountain or the marina for whale and dolphin watching. Excellent value for money and we had an enjoyable stay. The well appointed kitchen was an added plus!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beautiful stone cottage was modern inside and very well equipped. Staff were very helpful with any questions. The only negative for us was that we found the bed too firm, but we know that’s a personal preference. The location was great for getting everywhere on the island (with a car), and it has a great view of Pico mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious cottages equipped with all you might need during your stay, quiet place in the very nice village of Sao Roque, 15 minutes walking distance to the ocean, grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. Special thanks to our host Eglis, charming lady who was always ready to help from the first day to the last one. She volunteered to pick us up from the Airport and came to the Port of Madalena for us when our flight was reconsigned to Horta with further trip on ferry to Pico. She made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. We highly recommend that Hotel to all Pico visitors.

Very cute place in a quiet area. The houses are nice and well equiped. Only downside is that there are ants in the appartment so you have to be carefull where you store your food and the dishes were not very clean upon arrival.

It's been absolutely amazing! The little cottage, location, people at your service - everything at 5+. Breakfasts are not available, but who cares if you can make your own breakfasts and have it at the terrace with a Pico Mountain view! We were truly happy either everything. Muito obrigado

We have been staying here for years and have loved it. Not just our favorite accommodation on Pico, but one of our favorites in Europe. The beautiful homes, truly like a place you'd want to live, and the fair prices, and amazing location all combine to hit our sweet spots. I love being able to walk to coffee shops, fine dining, bakeries, etc since normally my family is car-free. Can't wait to return.

We loved the lava rock construction in a quite enclave with a view to Mount Pico. The house was very well equipped for a stay of several days. The property manager was extremely accommodating when we had some travel disruptions.

Sehr schöne Apartments in ruhiger Umgebung
Die Apartments sind sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Man hat auch eine tolle Aussicht auf Pico. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Man benötigt aber unbedingt ein Auto. Das Zentrum von Sao Roque ist nicht gerade um die Ecke und für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man auch ein Stück fahren.

Really nice bungalows. Kitchen and washing machine on suite. The beds were quite hard. Getting to and from the hotel requires a rental car or taxi.

Great, except for neighbors
We were the only guests most of our stay there as it was off season, so it should have been very quiet. However, there was a dog barking intermittently, at all hours of the day and night, in a neighboring house. Otherwise, I would give this place an even more glowing review. We really enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the accommodations, and staff were very friendly.

Amazingly beautiful resort! Peaceful and rustic but with every modern convenience! Could not have been more surprised or happier with our stay. Would absolutely rebook even if visiting other islands than Pico. Diana in the office was truly lovely. 5 star experience! Thank you!

Very quaint and quiet place on Pico. Loved the solitude and personal space that it provided. The cottage had everything we need and the staff was very friendly. It was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend renting a car as it is a bit off the beaten path, though not entirely as it is within walking distance to São Roque. Still, it is not a very large town so cabs are hard to come by.

Cute cottages, serene location.
This was a great choice for us. The cabins were perfect, and well appointed with full kitchen, laundry, air conditioning and a even wood stove if we needed heat. We toured and hiked all day and returned to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine in the serenity with Mt. Pico behind us. Location was good. We were able to walk to two restaurants about a 15 minute walk down the hill, but you do need a car to get around the island anyway. The location was fairly central and easy to get to. We’d return for sure.

Schöne Anlage
Sehr schöne Anlage mit kleine Bungalows. Die Bungalows sind in Top-Zustand und bieten alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Zufahrt ist leicht zu finden. Die Service war gut. Man sieht von der Anlage den Mount Pico und das Meer. Die Stimmung am morgen und am Abend war traumhaft. Leider ist die Anlage eher weit weg von Restaurants, Strand und sonstigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ohne Auto muss man sich sehr gut organisieren. Die Reception ist meistens nur telefonisch erreichbar, dafür klappt das einwandfrei. Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

We stayed three nights at this vacation rental. It was a one bedroom, full bath with only shower and a full kitchen. Unit was quite small but ok for just two of us. We did our laundry and hanged them on the outside cloth lines. They dry in just a couple of hours. Parking is plentiful and the proper I secured. There are restaurant and cafe nearby. A great swimming spot minutes away by car. It is a natural lava pool by the sea. A supermarket is 5 minutes away. The ferry terminal is very close. The property has a van but we did not use because we had a car. Good place to stay if you want to cook some of your meals.

Lovely new B&B. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. If you enjoy preparing your own meals, you will find the communal kitchen and dining area to be well appointed, with everything you need. Sunset Bar is across the street and has good pizzas, hamburgers,etc. A decent restaurant is right around the corner close to the water.

Charming cottage
The cottage was cute and spacious with good amenities. Hotel staff were never on site, making dealing with them difficult. The location is kind of remote, so a car is helpful.

Serene, quiet but bare minimal service
Location away from things so better to have own transport. Water lukewarm. Staff at desk only for limited hours. Stove top didn't work. Fireplace/heat did not work 1st day. Log wet and nothing to start fire with. If they don't think through the guest experience, perhaps best avoid even though it is a clean, modern and quite well equipped unit.

We received an outstanding welcome by Elizabete. The room is spacious and beautiful. It is in a convenient location to access to sightseeing areas, and there are good restaurants within walking distance.

Traumhafte Ferienhäuser in zentraler Lage auf Pico
Die Anlage besteht aus 10 einzelnen, sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichteten Mini-Ferienhäusern. Die Ausstattung ist mit vollständiger Küche samt Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sehr großzügig. Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und relativ zentral auf der Insel Pico - von wo aus man die meisten Orte gut erreichen kann. Allerdings ist ein Mietwagen definitiv zu empfehlen, da es schwierig ist, sich auf der Insel mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu bewegen. Auch das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend.

A great place on the beach!
Awesome to be on beach. Great breakfast with yogurt, pastries, sandwich fixings and cereal. Room was big with a huge balcony. Would go back without hesitation!
