Hôtel confortable très bien situé
C'est la 3ème fois que je descends dans cet hôtel : - les chambres toujours aussi spacieuses et confortables avec une agréable terrasse - l'hôtel très bien situé, ce qui permet de se promener à pied dans tout le centre ville sans besoin de prendre un taxi + grand choix d'excellents restaurants à moins de 10 minutes à pied Une petite critique : le petit déjeuner a baissé de qualité (nombreuses petites mouches autour du buffet) et le service du restaurant aussi (personnel assez peu aimable et ne parlant pas d'autre langue que l'espagnol...).

Hôtel récemment rénové situé au centre ville
Hôtel très bien situé qui permet de visiter tout le centre ville à pied. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Si vous réservez une junior suite, assurez-vous que la vôtre possède un balcon, sinon vous vous retrouverez dans une chambre sombre et sans aucune vue sur l'extérieur.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Magnolia. The staff were excellent, well-trained and probably the highlight of the hotel - Ariel at the reception, Diego at breakfast, Gabriel who very kindly helped us catch our airport transport when parking for them was tricky...and all the others as well. Unlike almost all other hotels we stayed at in Chile, here it felt that they understood what hospitality really is and that small gestures matter a lot. The hotel's building is really nice and we enjoyed having breakfast in the atrium and even just spending time in the lobby. The only "negative" - but not the hotel's fault in any way - were the surroundings at night, which did not feel inviting for a walk after sunset (but felt completely safe during the day).

Nice enough, but not exceptional. I went because it had very high ratings but it simply isn’t exceptional. Room was comfortable enough - about average for its class - service and food were very average. Breakfast was a limited, average, and repetitive buffet. Small room that filled up quickly so no place to sit some days. No perks, just nothing very special. At that price point there are very good hotels nearby.

The staff are exceptional. Rangiroa Tuki is an excellent concierge. He was extremely helpful in securing tours to Santa Rita winery and Valparaiso. This boutique hotel is centrally located with restaurants two blocks away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Magnolia was a wonderful stay! It was walking distance to many city attractions and parks to explore. The rooftop bar was amazing and the decor & architecture of the hotel was unique, modern, inspired by nature, and stunning. We will be back!

The Magnolia is a charming looking boutique hotel in a good location. However the hotel's aim to be stylish and chic is, to some extent, at the cost of practicality. We had a reasonable size room but the lighting was terrible, no USB ports, only a few hangers, a shower set up which sprayed the rest of the bathroom, sink stopper didn't work, no info in the room about the hotel and one working channel on the TV! Check in not very welcoming. The rest of the staff were great and the Terrace restaurant was lovely. So, some good some bad.

Perfectly normal located in downtown! Front desk and reception staff were very kind and ready to give advice. The concierge hired for us two great tours on a very short notice! We highly recommend this hotel!

Acredito que a localização é a melhor parte do hotel, fica bem próximo de restaurantes e estações de metrô. O quarto é bom e bonito porém chuveiro com uma pressão ruim da água, café da manhã com pouca opção e apesar de na hora de preencher meu cadastro perguntarem se tinha alguma alergia não vi esta preocupação acontecer de fato. Além disso, senti falta de uma melhor receptividade da recepção quando chegamos (exemplo: entendo que o hotel tem uma academia, em nenhum momento nos foi apresentada), não perguntaram se era nossa primeira vez, se queríamos alguma dica ou qualquer coisa neste sentido. Reservei o quarto na categoria errada (twin e não casal) e antes de chegar ao hotel enviei ao e-mail e eles fizeram alteração sem qualquer problema
