Excellent hotel pour un court séjour. Le quartier n'est pas trop sécuritaire, mais est en face du terminal d'autobus et d'une station de métro. Les chambres sont modernes et grandes. A la recepdtion on m'a donner un déjeuner poir apporter, car je devais quitter a 5am. Merci

Great location. Within a few minutes walking distance to the major bus stations and airport shuttle bus. 200 mtrs walk to metro station.Breakfast was excellent and had lactose free milk and decaffeinated coffe. Which was excellent for my special dietary requirements.

Hotel was in a neat condition and the restaurant housekeeping personnel very kind and service-oriented. Location is close to the airport and central station, however the surroundings are not the best with large crowds, frequent noise and traffic.

No es de los barrios bonitos y seguros de Santiago pero la ubicación en términos de movilidad es estupenda. A un minuto del metro a dos minutos del Terminal de buses y por ende muy conveniente por relación calidad precio y cercanía con el aeropuerto. Muy conveniente como eso , hotel de aeropuerto. No toma más de media hora llegar en el bus de Tur Bus y en Transfer no deben ser más de 15 minutos.Restaurant y desayuno excelentes. Lo mismo la atención de todo el equipo.

Not a great experience! One of the elevator was broken and everyone had to wait for the only one functioning. They left us 24 hours without hot water, had to shower with cold water. The restaurant always has dirty floors. Lastly, the neighborhood was extremely dangerous and it was really scary to walk around after dark.

This hotel is a great location. I took the bus from the airport to Estación central and walked to the hotel. The hotel is also walkable to terminal San Borja, which is the bus terminal to Valparaiso. I visited from the USA, and the front desk attendant spoke very good English which was a great surprise. The breakfast was incredible with tons of options. The room was small, but everything was clean and worked great. I arrived early and left my bags with the front desk and he kept them safe. The building is safe and secure. The price was excellent. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely patient and helpful when we needed assistance getting taxis and retrieving a lost passport. We appreciated that they spoke English and nothing was too hard for them.

Great staff the Internet was not on all the time kept gerting kicked off. Same breakfast every single day. They would cook the scrambled eggs sit for a few hours rubbery and in clumps instead of throwing it away they would add fresh eggs on top of the old. Stale pastry and rolls every day yuck.Spanish stations only exept bbc news in english. A lot of bakery around for sure they could get fresh baked pastry. Wished they had Netflix. During the day male front fesk clerk very nice.

Two male front desk clerks very friendly. From the USA television movies all in spanish. I rely on my phone constantly getting kicked off the Internet. The breakfast was horrible.Cold coffee scrambled eggs sitting for a couple of hours chunks of rubber. Kiwi Sour. sausage cold and overcooked. Pastry not fresh the tiny rolls were edible to eat. Its a nice hotel I think they should cater to the people who live in the USA, Canada. UK and elsewhere. The only program I found in English was the BBC news.It would be nice if they had netflix that really would solve there problem.

El hotel es ideal para quedarse cuando tenes que hacer noche en Santiago por tránsito , cerca del aeropuerto y hay un servicio de bus “centro puerto” que te deja a 1 cuadra y lo tomas 1 cuadra y en 20 min estás en el aeropuerto , limpio , cómodo.

So the hotel is a bit of a walk from downtown. The staff were great and the breakfast was good with many options. We were warned many times regarding our personal safety in regards to theft of phones from our outstretched hands or backpacks off our back. The area was very busy with street vendors whom come out around 10am and stay until around 8pm so they congested the sidewalks. But, the price of the stay reflects the area the hotel is in and I couldn’t argue with the price. Just some things to be aware of when booking.

Breakfast was nice. Service personnel were very good. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful (with the exception of not allowing early check-in at 1 or 2 pm.

Para quem chega tarde ao hotel, depois de uma viagem de avião, a experiência foi muito ruim. Restaurante fechado, nada para comer ou beber no quarto, nem água mineral! Nas redondezas tudo fechado, centro esvaziado. Atendimento nada simpático, ainda que o quarto seja bom.

The hotel is ok by itself. The breakfast is very good. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. If you are visiting Santiago as a sightseeing visitor, the hotel’s location is not good. It’s about 30 minutes walk to the tourist destinations.
