Accueil souriant, disponible et tres serviable; comme tout le personnel. Un vrai bonheur ! Très Confortable, et idéalement situé. Le dîner était parfait. La chef a concocté un plat spécialement pour mon époux; avec un grand enthousiasme ! Cet établissement est d'une très haute qualité( Humaine et matériel ). Merci encore à toute l'équipe

Super hôtel en centre hisrorique
Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement en centre historique: parfait et zone pas bruyante. Le parking proposé est un peu loin vu que l'hôtel est situé en zone piétonne mais nous sommes des seniors et n'avons pas eu de problèmes. Possibilité d'approcher la voiture selon la bonne volonté de la police locale; nous n'avons même pas tenté l'expérience. La terrasse à l'arrière de l'hôtel à l'abri des regards est magnifique: nous avons dîné avec un assortiment de 5 tapas maison pour deux: repas très raffiné.

Petit hôtel idéalement situé, calme et très agréable. Il dispose d'un charmant petit jardin et d'un excellent restaurant à des prix tout à fait compétitifs.Petit déjeuner très varié et de très bonne qualité . Personnel souriant et compétent. Très jolie décoration contemporaine des parties communes de l'hôtel, celle de la chambre que nous avons occupée pourrait être améliorée. Excellent rapport qualité / prix En bref une adresse à recommander sans réserve!

A lovely small hotel in the heart of the old town. Easy to find with it's name prominently displayed. Very nice room with all the amenities.

Stayed for one night at the end of doing the Camino. Lovely hotel, right by everything in the old town. Worth paying the extra for the superior room - gorgeous rooftop views over the city and the Cathedral from the bathroom.

Nice, clean, close to everything, however was a terrible stay. We had the room on the 5th floor. First, the remote for the tv did not work, had to make 2 trips down to get one that would work, reception for only 6 tv channels. Second, the A/C did not work. Third, the noise from a bar below went until 2 am. You are on the same level as a church bell that is about 30 yards from your window, chimes on quarter/hr, half hour and every hour. On our second night, the noise from the bar started at 7pm music group with loudspeakers. We finally asked for another room at 930pm, they gave us another room , where the A/C worked, there was far more channels on the tv, and you could barely hear the noise from below. WARNING, if you stay here do not accept a room on the 5th floor due to noise and before mentioned deficiencies

Incredible views of the city and an old church right out the window, and an adorable balcony to have a glass of wine while admiring the sights. Perfect for a short stay in Santiago de Compostela.

This property is beautiful. Very well appointed in the heart of Santiago. My suggestion is that they should install safety bars inside the tubs, as it is very slippery and anyone regardless of age can fall. Most recently renovated hotels Europe have gone from tubs to tall showers. I visit Santiago once a year, but would not stay here again unless they take some proactive measures..

Lovely break in Santiago
Fantastic 5 nights stay in Santiago old town. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had skylight windows with stunning roof top views including sight of the cathedral. The hotel is well positioned for easy movement around the old town and close to many shops and restaurants. The bus stop for bus 6A to/from the airport is only 5 minutes walk away. Staff friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Santiago.

Great location
The hotel is located in the old town and has a lovely view of a church and the monastery. We stayed in a standard room on the first level. The room was quite compact but comfortable. There was a lot of noise from the street, so if you are a light sleeper you would be best in a room with the garden view at the back of the hotel. The only other issue we had was construction at the next property, there was a lot of noise and fumes which meant we had to keep the windows closed. We know it is out of their control, but we would have appreciated some acknowledgement about this from the hotel.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Within a minute of great bars and restaurants. The rooms are big with a lovely view of the garden, in our case. The only negative is the lack of coffee making facilities. You can order coffee from the ground floor at cost but then you have to bring it to the room.

Excelente opção.
Localização maravilhosa. Quarto super amplo, bastante espaço para apoio de malas, necessaires etc; cama mt confortável. A única observação fica por conta de uma divisória de vidro (decorativo), na parede que separa o quarto do wc - embora o vidro sem fosco, ao levantarmos de madrugada, a luz do banheiro ilumina o quarto, perturbando o sono de quem estiver dormindo. Não há garagem; o hotel fica no Centro Histórico. Porém, não tivemos problema para estacionar; inicialmente, paramos o carro numa rua próxima ao hotel (cerca de dois minutos de caminhada) para descarregarmos as malas; depois, estacionamos num parqueamento próximo. No dia da partida, o hotel faz um pré cadastro da placa do carro, para que este possa entrar na zona proibida e parar na porta do hotel, a fim de acomodarmos as malas para partir. A poucos passos do hotel, há um café com jardim interno, que é ótima opção para café da manhã. Foi indicação da atendente. Super indico.
