Very walkable to downtown Santa Fe. Price of parking is reasonable compared to neighboring hotels. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was great, the only complaint I had was that the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers are very tough to squeeze out and they had mold at the dispenser end (gross). We didn’t do the grab and go breakfast as it was just packaged pastries (we definitely don’t eat stuff like that) and the fruit was so-so. The place was quiet and the fact that we didn’t drive anywhere that weekend was great.

Very comfortable and clean. Excellent bedding and beds. Convenient and walkable to shopping and restaurants. Check-in was easy and the staff very helpful. The pool looked clean and nice. The lobby smelled a little and it seemed unnecessary to pay $10 for parking but those are the only two minor things. Would Definitely stay here again on trips To Santa Fe

The information on Expedia was misleading in the summary. You have to look below for more details. The summary said Breakfast included and breakfast was a marginal grab and go of packaged muffins and spoiled fruit. The summary said parking and down below it said there was a $10 fee. I missed these details and would not have stayed here. I think they should eliminate the breakfast and $10 parking fee. The room was updated, comfortable and quiet. The location was close to old town Santa Fe. I will stay someplace else next time we stop.

The hotel is Central in Santa Fe. Not too far from old town in the historic district. The staff is friendly and very helpful and attentive. Hotel is quiet had good parking.

The staff is what made this property a great experience. The property is a little older, but very clean and orderly. The people at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. All of the staff were great. I will definitely visit El Sonderro again. It is very difficult to find people that appreciate your business these days In this staff sure did.

We didn’t like the bathroom had a sliding door, all the smell from it invaded the room. The water of the shower went out of the shower area, because the curtain doesn’t seal. Ugly place and very expensive to the quality we received. I paid almost 700 dollars for 3 nights, the quality was of a cheap motel, for which I would have to be charged 150 at most for the three nights. I believe Santa Fe is overpriced.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, but there were some things that were a little odd - the USB ports by the nightstand were crooked, so we couldn’t actually use them. The bathroom had no fan or ventilation, so we had to open the window to let the damp air out after showering.

The Inn is in the center of town and walkable to all the places we want to go to. Very convenient. The rooms have no microwave. The guest need to walk all the way to the office.

This is one of the most affordable and nice properties close to downtown. On the night of our arrival, we discovered that one of the snaps that keeps the curtain closed to outside peering eyes was broken. The front desk worker immediately offered to either move us to a different room or provide us with tape to keep it closed that night, promising to send the maintenance worker the next morning. We used the tape, and the maintenance worker came as promised the next morning and fixed it in a jiffy. Upon arrival, we were also told that the pool heater was broken, but that the maintenance worker should have it up and running before the weekend. By the time we left (on the weekend), it wasn't fixed. Otherwise, nothing to complain about this hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much, and felt it was a great value.

The room was warm in the main area. The heating unit didn't heat the bedroom or bathroom. We froze all night.

We have stayed at El Sendero Inn, El Paso, several times. It always remind us of the old motels along side the highways except it has been modernized inside, clean, quiet, safe, and the staff is always great. Everything about property was very good. Would have been 5 stars but free breakfast was coffee, packaged danish and packaged muffins, juice and yogurt. Really just a very limited continental breakfast.
