You give me champagne or sparkling wine, but you assume all your clients drink alcohol. You should offer de-alcoholized beverages as well as an alternative. Consider that many of us are trying to live a healthier lifestyle by not consuming much alcohol.

The property was beautiful, well maintained and clean. The rooms were updated and cozy. We loved the small touches - (ie. The snacks in the lobby and bottle of champagne in our room. The pool and jacuzzi were also very fun!

Unique little hotel, reminded me of Melrose Place - lol. Loved the flowers and landscaping, complementary wine, cheese and snacks in the evening and great little free breakfast in the morning. Comfy bed, clean room. Glad we found this place.

I don’t normally leave reviews but was not satisfied with this property. I was arriving late. I called the property and told them what time I would arrive. The man told me I have to go to the sister property next door to check in. At 1am when I arrived via Uber, there was a note on the hotel door that they would be back in 5 minutes. I stood outside (cold) in a city that I don’t know the safety of the area for closer to 10 to 15 minutes. Once inside the room, it was day to day clean but not overall clean. The carpets really need to be cleaned. Also, there were several ants crawling on my sons bed. We booked two nights but ended up just staying one.

I really enjoyed staying at the Inn. Beds were comfy, the room was bigger than most with full kitchen. They were very accommodating to our needs. And the continental breakfast was really good.

Because it is a motel the doors open directly to the outside and there was a gap between the door and the door frame where the light of day was visible. Additionally, the screen on the sliding door was broken and didn’t latch and had a hole in it so it was difficult to get fresh air into the room. Generally the room requires updating. There were appliances plugged into surge protectors.

The inn boasts classic Mediterranean flare, surrounded by lush gardens. Its proximity to the waterfront and downtown makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. Each morning, guests are treated to a continental breakfast. Don’t expect to walk out of there full but it’s plenty for a small bite. In the afternoon, unwind with a glass of wine during the inn’s small bites and wine reception. Lounge under the sun or enjoy a leisurely read in the charming courtyard. They have tons of foliage and it’s beautiful. Cool off in the pool or relax in the hot tub. The pool is also heated for the colder days. Explore the waterfront and nearby attractions on one of the inn’s complimentary bikes. The rooms are average and the bed was actually comfortable and we slept well in the quiet which was very nice. The inn’s design exudes a relaxed, coastal vibe. The staff at Inn by the Harbor truly go above and beyond. Their friendly demeanor and helpful recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re on a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo adventure, the Inn by the Harbor offers a delightful experience. I highly recommend it as one of the best boutique hotels in Santa Barbara. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice property fairly close to the Funk Zone, Stearns Wharf and the harbor. Room was fair size and was very clean. Staff was helpful. A little pricey but about the same as other properties in the same area.

Superb staff. Very friendly and responsive, true hosts. The property is aging but quaint. Spacious rooms, DirectTV service, en suite bathrooms and kitchen in my unit. Very well located. Can’t give it 5 stars due to age of facility but it’s a great spot, reasonably priced, and will likely return.

The room was large, Had a kitchen and the grounds were very pretty.

The property is well located and the employees are very nice. It would be good if at the time of registration they mention that, unless you ask, the hotel will not provide in room services such as making the bed and providing new towels. I found about it later on.

Loved, loved, loved Inn by the Harbor. So quaint and cute. Rooms are comfy, spacious, and clean. Staff very helpful and courteous. Short walk to the harbor-beautiful place to take in the beauty of Santa Barbara. Breakfast was delicious.
