Modern apartment 10 minutes walk from beaches of Lo Pagan
Great, modern apartment in an area we are familiar with. Modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Dual aspect patio doors, we could step out directly to the pool area through the back doors and front doors led to a lovely private terrace, ideal for afternoon and evening sun. Two en-suite double bedrooms, there were just two of us, so used the second bedroom to store our suitcases. Communication with the owner and housekeeper was very prompt Would recommend

Great Apartment
Just returned from 10 nights in this great apartment. Upon arrival we were met by Diana who showed us around then left us to enjoy our stay, but was on hand if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and very well equipped with everything you could need if you want to self cater during your stay. The apartment is about a 8 minute drive to the beach where you will find lots of good restaurants. The area itself around the apartment block is still being developed, so please bare this in mind when booking.

Family holiday
Lovely well equipped property with enclosed shared outside swimming pool. The Host's agent set up a cot for the baby in the bedroom so it was very easy to get set up in the apartment. We had quite a late flight do this was most welcome. The apartment and the pool and outside area was very clean. The pool was a joy with it being well looked after. The artificial grass around the pool and outside was very good. The owner communicated very well and quickly. We had a really nice family holiday in this lovely area of Spain.

Perfect apartment for 2 in San Pedro del Pinatar
Jochen, the owner, found out that we were interested in cycling. He sent a fantastic collection of ideas and rides. He also supplies excellent information on what to do and where to go. We were out a lot and the apartment was great to come back to. It had everything.

Estupenda estancia
Alojamiento tal y como se indica en el anuncio. Vivienda muy cómoda para pasar largas estancias. La piscina es un punto muy positivo. Se encuentra justo al salir de la terraza. Limpieza estupenda, y todo muy nuevo. Tanto el dueño como la persona q entregó las llaves pendientes en todo momento. En general de 10.

Una experiencia inolvidable
Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento a Jochen el propietario del apartamento. La estancia fue fantástica, el apartamento cuidado hasta el último detalle, tanto en el aspecto de limpieza como en el de que no faltaba de nada, no eché en falta nada. Fui con mis dos hijos y estuvimos como en nuestra propia casa. Muy muy agradable y recomendable 100%!! La ubicación del apartamento, eso sí, requiere coche pero eso no desmerece en absoluto la grata experiencia vacacional. Muchas gracias Jochem!!

A home away from home.
Firstly I have to say my first experience of renting an apartment through home away has exceeded my expectations! Absolutely fantastic. Jocen the property owner is a kind and accommodating Individual. I can't thank him enough for my overall experience staying at his property he did all he could do and more to accommodate myself and my family. The apartment is newly built, a 12 min walk to the beach. It has a lovely comunial garden and a clean good sized swimming pool. When we arrived at the were met by the lovely management company, they showed us around and answered our questions. The apartment is well equipped for family with most mod cons. I will definitely be staying here again no hesitation. How you enjoy this place as much as we did.

wonderful modern appartment
This appartment was in a great location 15 minute walk to the beach and amenities. The appartment is a new build , very modern with everything you need. The hosts were easy to contact if necessary. Lo pagan is a lovely Spanish village with lots of lovely restaurants . I would definitely return . Thank you Jochen for letting us stay in your wonderful appartment

Heerlijk appartement
Mooi modern appartement aan de rand van Lo Pagan. Strand en voorzieningen op 10 minuten loopafstand. Appartement is supermodern en zeer volledig ingericht. Lekker zwembad voor de deur. Aanrader zijn de zoutmeren en modderbaden. Wij hebben gegolfd in de omgeving op prachtige banen. Fantastische vakantie gehad.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht (außer vielleicht einem Toaster). Strände sind fussläufig zu erreichen (ca 15 Minuten), schönere Strände sind per Auto zu erreichen.

We have spent 2 weeks in this apartment which is just amazing , very modern, clean and well equipped. There is everything you actually need during the holiday. The owner is very nice person who will answer all the questions in a timely manner. Couldn’t find better place for holiday in this location for sure. I definitely recommend this property as it is huge value for money.

Lovely Apartment
We spent a nice 10 days in Lo Pagan , it was a lovely apartment with all mod cons. We made use of the shopping trolley , but a toaster & hair dryer would have been nice. Shame a lot of the restaurants weren’t open in the evenings this time of year .

El apartamento es perfecto. Todo está muy bien y es muy cómodo. La zona común es un poco pequeña pero se ajusta a las expectativas. Es necesario coche. Hemos pasado una buenísima Semana.

Muy bonito y acogedor
El apartamento es muy moderno y está muy bien equipado, hemos sido los primeros inquilinos y nos a tocado estrenar todo con sus ventajas y desventajas, pero en general muy bien. El piso es precioso y vale la pena.
