« Ryan Cider and Bourbon met us as we parked. My dog Arthur quickly befriended the other 2 dogs. Ryan greeted us and showed us around the grounds and house. The views are spectacular. The house itself is tastefully furnished and items are clearly labeled. Amenities are top-notch and well thought out. There are multiple spices, coffee and cooking oil. The beds are extremely comfortable and we sleep soundly. We did not want to leave the house!! I enjoyed meeting the tortoise and viewing the koi pot....

« The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again. »

« Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value. »

« Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation! »

« We enjoyed our stay here and loved the back deck with views for miles. The master was especially nice with the updated bathroom. The home was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. My only suggestion, and the reason we wouldn’t rebook, is that the mattresses were terrible. All 4 of use complained every morning when we got up about shoulder and back pain. They really need to be replaced with something more comfortable,. »

« Grand view with fair price. Rooms are spacious, kids love pool table. And adults enjoys hill views. A few issues As other reviewers mentioned, hot bath water are on short supply Bath tub slide doors on 2nd bathroom are stuck and cant shut. Probably more on potentially damaging property than inconvenience for guests Carpet on kids room keep shedding wools, please consider to replace »

It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. « Great location, very nice and clean units, and great communication from staff. However, when they warn that it is in a noisy location, they mean it. Right over and across from extremely boisterous bars with lots of loud drunks. We were ok with it, but if you need silence to get a good nights sleep this probably isn’t the place for you. »
