Our location makes exploring downtown easily accessible, though parking can be difficult downtown, we provide overnight parking at a city parking structure. All third party guests are charged a 19 facility, which includes parking. This can be found on your reservation confirmation, as well as in the details on Expedia. Being in the downtown area is great for being walking distance from a bunch of great shops and restaurants, although it does unfortunately give us limited parking options. The facility fee is listed in the 'additional fees' section when you make your reservation, and is a maintenance fee we use to keep up our beautiful historical building.

Thank you for your feedback. As explained prior to checking in our facility fee is listed under additional fees, and was on your reservation confirmation email. Our team offered to cancel your reservation without fees due to how unhappy you were upon check in and were informed you would be staying and leaving us a bad review, rather than finding other accommodations. As we are a very small bed and breakfast, we do charge an early check in fee to prioritize rooms for guests that request the accommodation to ensure plenty of time for our rooms to be completed by guaranteed check in. Our wonderful location makes finding a tasty local restaurant just steps away easy and convenient, should any of our guests wish to have breakfast before our breakfast hours from 8 am to 10 am.
