It's a pretty ordinary hotel but they are perfect in their ordinariness which makes it quite nice. Nice location a block from the beach. Good, reasonable, Italian restaurant on site.

El area del lobby y la piscina esta super bien. La ubicación es excelente. Es de facil acceso a la playa, puedes ir caminando a diferentes restaurantes de Isla Verde. Ahora, la limpieza para mi fue un -10 en la nevera de la habitación había comida del huesped anterior, la habitación tenia olor a humedad, las almohadas eran demasiado duras, cuando pides que te limpien habitacion literal solo recogen la cama, cambian las toallas y vacian los zafacones. No pasaron la aspiradora y n las alfombras y era notable. Que por cierto, no le ponen bolsas a los zafacones. Deben mejorar la limpieza urgentemente. Ruidos de aspiradora en el pasillo demasiado temprano.

1) The “resort fees” were ridiculous and not justified for this property. 2) Someone threw up on our floor VERY BADLY which blocked our way to the only elevator and stairwell. No one notified us nor provided any options. 3) We paid for an oceanview room with balcony however the balcony door was broken and was not fixed. When we asked to be moved to another room; this balcony door would not open at all and was not fixed for the duration of our stay. These were the only 2 balcony rooms available.

The property was nice; amazing pool. Rooms were quaint. The only thing is the restaurant was going through construction on the 1st floor so they had a temporary one on the 10th that was a makeshift setup. Not a real restaurant. Overall location was convenient and staff was friendly.

The rooms are very small and our shower drain was plugged the entire stay. The hotel hallways feel small and cramped. Breakfast was not worth $20 a person, although the view was beautiful. Linda the mixologist was fantastic. The rest of the staff acted as if we were an inconvenience.

Very noisy from them fixing something in the ceiling outside of my room. Then my patio door wouldn't lock and everything was moist with condensation on everything. Its been the wsy for so long mold was everywhere in the bathroom, entrance, vents, and beginning on the ceiling. They didn't upgrade me but offered to down grade me and bring towels.

I loved the property! The pool, though small, had a private feel to it and there was plenty of space to sunbathe. The only snag, which was corrected immediately, was that I was originally assigned a room that had not been cleaned. However, once I informed the front desk, they immediately gave me another room as well as vouchers for the restaurants that were on the premises. Front staff was great! The beach was also conveniently located, literally across the street. I loved going there every morning to catch the sunrise. This trip did not disappoint!

Last minute booking for a place to crash before a 2am flight home. Close proximity to airport. Place was very clean, modern and had on site parking. Was perfect for what we needed and reasonably priced.
