Very, very small rooms. No fridg. Restaurant of the airport close at 5pm. The hotel restaurant have a very limited menu. Very bad price quality ratio.

Nous avions la suite , alors c était parfait.Propre, mais bruyant.Nousl avons reçu notre chambre beaucoup plus tard , vue que le client avait décider de rester plus longtemps . Avons attendue quelques heures. Le restaurant de l hôtel est mal propre. Aucune classe. Parle très fort entre eux. De très mauvais goût . Chambre très dispendieuse ….mais très confortable , de bonne qualité les oreillers, draps, de très bonne qualité. aaVoila !

If you need a quick overnight at SJU this fits the bill. Rooms and basic and small but clean. Restaurant is surprisingly good. Nothing else arches airport to eat or do so fit a nights it’s fine.

Room a/c and heater did not work. Just blew VERY COLD air, no matter what we did. Finally turned it off completely. Not enough blankets for how cold the room was.

Definitely convenient. For 5 a.m. flight, we were able to drop off our rental car the night before and then walk to terminal indoors! Staff very nice and accommodating. Room very clean. Just what we needed.

The property served the purpose of being convenient to the airport for us. I rated the condition and facilities down because we could not figure out how to use the thermostat in the room. We went to bed early because it was so cold in our room. We couldn’t get it to warm up! Otherwise it was a nice place to stay with a delicious breakfast.

We stay here for one night as we had a late arrival to PR. Hotel island clean, staff is very nice. Walking from the luggage claim to the hotel there is an area that I didnt feel safe, as it is a lonely area and there were few homeless sleeping on the floor. Besides that everything was perfect.

We stayed overnight when we missed our flight- the hotel is right at the airport - you can walk there from the terminal - so extremely convenient. The staff is exceptional- the gym is exceptional- the rooms are comfortable if a bit small. The breakfast is fine, but the coffee- YUM!

Went with elderly mother in wheelchair. Accessible room was narrow and the bathroom was dangerous for her. Only those with strong upper body can use the toilet. Shower never had hot water.
