The location overall was perfect. Right across the street from a few restaurants. Super convenient. Plus a short walk to the beach maybe 7 minutes. Other than being a little pricey (spring break season). I would absolutely stay there again. Hotel also offered a happy hour, I did not partake , but several hotel guess appeared to enjoy it.

Ok, it was a Hamptons Inn, so it was supposed to be nice, especially for that price. But, where was my balcony?! I was supposed to have a balcony and nope, just a dang window! I could have paid the same price, other hotel and had a balcony! Very disappointed! Also, room was good, check in good, but breakfast, blah. Not great, not bad but 4 mornings in a row, same exact stuff and none of it was Hampton Inns level. And this is the first meal of the day, the one that is supposed to get me excited about greeting the day. And it was on 2 weekdays, 2 weekend days, so it can't be blamed on weekend or weekday menus. I'd expect this in another, lower priced hotel, but not a Hampton's Inn. All in all, if I went back to SJ, I'd probably look for another hotel just for these issues. If I'm going to pay that price for a hotel, I'd expect a decent view and a balcony, plus the "free" breakfast should overwhelming, this was underwhelming at most.

We stayed here for proximity to the airport before flying out, but it would be good for other reasons as well. It’s also close to the beach and casinos.They have a great pool bar with good food and drinks and awesome staff. They even have a free happy hour by the pool in the evenings and included breakfast. Rooms and showers are nice and comfortable. A pleasant place to stay.

It was very nice that there was complimentary breakfast every morning since we had excursions planned everyday we didn’t have to worry about making plans to go eat somewhere beforehand. Also the happy hour from 5-7pm by the pool was so nice too we enjoyed cocktails before we went out for dinner. Beds were comfortable and not too much noise even though we were on the first floor.

Reliable. Reliable. What you would expect if you have stayed at a Hampton Inn before. Great service, well maintained property, clean, good bed, and the typical Hampton breakfast that is great for kids; waffle, cereal, fruit, etc.

Had to get last minute for a cancelled flight. Ended up 3 nights. So glad this happened. Very nice hotel not far from the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and pool area restaurant. Near a spectacular beach in SJ. Convenient to restaurants and other amenities.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many delicious options for breakfast. The hotel was clean as well as the rooms. They also have a 24 hour store on site. I loved the complimentary two hours of drinks and snacks. Places to eat, shop and the beach are within walking distance. They also have a pool side bar/restaurant on site. We do not drive so it was easy to get a taxi as the hotel had taxi drivers on hand. My family and I had a wonderful stay!
