We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). We loved the activities offered and made it so nice to just stay on the resort. They have two onsite restaurants and this is limited considering other resorts have 4-6, however, the variety and changing of menus each night was phenomenal. I had such a unique selection and after 6 days I still hadn’t had everything they have to offer! Also the quality and presentation of food was amazing. Service from all the staff was fantastic, they were prompt and made sure all of our needs were catered to immediately.

This is my second staying here and I’m a huge fan, the service is always excellent, the accommodations are great, the pools and view of the ocean are mesmerizing. For an, “all-inclusive” the food and drinks are on point. The staff is friendly and the people who stay they always seem to be super friendly as well. It’s not a crazy spring break type of vibe if you’re looking for that, but I’m not, I prefer some R&R in the sun and enjoy that aspect of a smaller boutique hotel. My only slight knock is that the WiFi in some locations can be hit or miss, but I’m on vacation, so it’s not a career ender.

Zoetry in early spring
The resort was beautiful and it is right on the beach where you can walk right out and touch the ocean. You can’t get in the ocean, but that was OK for us. It is a small resort and traveling there in January means that the hotel is half full or less which made for a non-crowded pool and easy to access restaurants. The food was good but service was very hit or miss. One morning at breakfast was fantastic and then we would move to the pool, and nobody would help us at all. We had to go to the bar to get drinks which is fine, but you would expect more from a full service all inclusive. The next day there was no service at all, even though there were employees standing around. Things could have been much better for what we paid, but all in all, overall it was passable. We were pleased to see higher tier liquors as part of the inclusive package. The main standout of the resort was room service. We ordered quite a few things that were not on the menu, and they accommodated us without an issue and the teammates delivering the food did a great job every time. We leaned towards ordering room service, rather than going to the restaurants the majority of the time.

I stayed at this lovely property on a medical trip with my youngest son 27 who was my medical chaperone… we enjoyed this beautiful special property together … the food was wonderful, the ambience was beautiful. The ocean was spectacular and the staff couldn’t be more lovely We especially loved our room service every morning. The warmest welcome was every time we saw the concierge or front desk people when they saw us in the lobby they would say ‘Welcome Home’ !!!

The property is great if you are looking for a quiet time. It feels very boutique compared to the oher massive resorts in Cabo which is exactly what I wanted. It's ideal to go with a partner or a friend, or if you go alone, understand there won't be much socializing as it is super quiet. I really enjoyed it. Very peaceful. The staff is very friendly and attentive. If you like to swim in the ocean, this property is great because in most of the beaches in Cabo you can't get into the water but this propertu is a 10min walking distance from the Hilton Beach (which you can swim) and a 5 min Uber ride from Chileno, Santa Maria, and Palmilla, which you can also swim. Otherwise the pools in the property are really nice. Overall I would recommend and go back.

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean ! Very welcoming staff and always happy to help. Arrival gifts of fruits candies and bottle of mezcal was very nice. The beach was beautiful and nice to walk along. The only downside side was the quality of the food which could use huge improvements. All meals were mediocre at best.

Very attentive staff and a beautiful property. Great food and drinks poolside. It's a small property, so much quieter than the bigger resorts.

Relaxing peaceful and beautiful! The staff makes you feel like royalty. We had a couple of problems with our hot tub and then in room pool not working but they were able to fix the problem. Food is amazing though I do wish there was a little more variety. The beach is not swimmable but it is so beautiful and there are no crowds. They will serve you right on the beach. The pools are wonderful. The hotel and property are extremely safe and clean. Dont go here if you want a party or to be noisy or have kids. This is a place for adults that want to enjoy drinking quietly by the pool

I liked the view and the anesthetics of the property. The staff was really helpful and catered to our needs. We did have a few issues with the room we were given. The screen on the patio was missing, the toilet paper holder was hanging and our phone did not work. But like I said the staff handled it for us. Kevin upgraded the room for us with an even better view of the ocean. The food could have been better maybe more authentic. I just wanted a taco and was not able to get one because they didn't have them. I would visit again.

The quality of room service food was not good, wished the pool bar was not under construction and for the pool to be cooler. Otherwise: loved everything else. The sunset cruise excursion ended disappointingly.

Frim the time that we arrived until we departed our 5 day stay was short of amazing. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our pool waiter made sure he knew our names and needs. Housekeeping kept our room crystal clean. The food in the Saltwater Restaurant was amazing. We had dinner on the beach and there are no words that can describe that experience other than spectacular....we had lobster that melted in our mouths. The bellmen made sure you felt welcomed at all times. I appreciate the front desk staffer for suggesting an upgrade. I love Zoetry.

Went to Cabo for an anniversary getaway. First time staying at Zoetry and definitely will come back. Javier at concierge made our trip more romantic by decorating our room. Booked all inclusive option and all food and service was excellent. Thank you for making our trip special!!!

My partner and I just returned from a 3-day 2-night stay at Zoetry, and let me tell you that this place is beautiful. From the moment you walk in and look around, there is something so magical about Zoetry. The staff are so courteous, and attentive to your every need. Our beach front room was gorgeous, with a beautiful bathroom with double sinks, a separate shower, water closet, and a very nice tub. Our room came with a stocked fridge that included water, soft drinks, juices, and some alcohol, as well as separate wine fridge with couple of bottles, as this is an all inclusive resort. The one negative that I had, and this might just be a personal thing, is that the bed and pillows were just too soft. So much so that my sleep for both nights wasn't the best. We did not take advantage of many of the services only because of pricing. For example, a massage was over $200 US dollars, not including tip. El Arroyo, the restaurant by the main entrance is decent. The two mornings we had breakfast there the food was good for breakfast. I would highly recommend asking for some bread from the bread basket, which comes to you nice and warm, as I believe it is baked on site. We also had lunch one afternoon at the bar/restaurant by the pool, and that food was pretty good as well. I would recommend the "build you own ceviche," which comes with chips. The chicken fajita tacos were quite yummy too. All the wait staff were attentive, courteous, and so hard working.
