« We were 3 generations with 6 kids 11 and under. Lots of space for everyone, great staff who looked after us well and cooked great meals that catered to everyone's tastes. The place is in a great location close to the beach, lots of restaurants (although we ate in most of the time). The place is very much designed for seamless inside/ outside living as advertized. Highly recommend for a family vacation. »

« Stayed here with 19 others for a bachelor party. It's a fantastic place, 5 min walk from the beach, and 15 min from the marina area. An easy 10-25min uber to the popular neighbourhoods in PV. The host Arnold was extremely communicative, immediately smoothed over some issues that came up. All in all a 5 star experience! »

« Absolutely loved the house. Very spacious and worked well with our 12 person family. Spiral staircase was neat but be mindful if mobility impaired or have small children (there is a safety gate). Pools very relaxing and not crowded at all. Property beautifully maintained. Cleaning staff wonderful. Property manager easily reached and provided us with whatever we needed in very timely manner. « The home José and his wife provided was spotless. It is much larger than the photos show. The kitchen is enormous and we enjoyed the outdoor bbq. Wonderful hosts were available in person or by text whenever we had questions. José’s little chihuahua pup made my wife’s day whenever he was by. Very friendly. « Property was immaculate. Beautiful and spotless. The house managers went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable. Our group was 12 adults and 6 children ages ranging from 6months to 80 years. And this property was accommodating for everyone. We had to keep an eye on the little ones around the stairs but otherwise the pool and multiple gathering spaces were perfect with an amazing ocean view. « The house was wonderful and the photos accurate. Easy to communicate and gain entry when we arrived. Beds were comfy and water available always. We experiences a bit of septic smell, but this seemed to be more of a city problem then a house issue. Overall a great place. »

« Everything was excellent. Just as advertised on the website. Josue and the housekeeping ladies were fantastic. The only problem we had was with the golf carts not being usable. « We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and rented a golf cart from Ray and Michele as well. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. For $150USD per night...

« This was a wonderful week in Punta Mita! The Condo was amazing, just as pictured. Susana made the most delicious breakfasts. She always had fresh salsa and guacamole and fresh made margaritas for us after coming back from the different beach clubs. We will come back again. »
