Un hôtel pas très sécurisé, la chambre était propre, mais par contre il y'avais une mauvaise odeur, ont n'entendait les voisins, du coup ont n'arrivaient pas à dormir, et l'ascenseur pas très moderne.

Lors de notre arrivée, un SDF était devant l’accueil avec une couverture. Ceci peut arriver mais passons. La chambre est de taille correcte, et bien située cependant plusieurs petits problèmes dedans: Notre drap était taché. Le store laisse fortement passer la lumière. Un cache totalement rouillé où il est sûrement possible d’avoir le tétanos dans la douche. Il y avait des taches au mur couleurs sang ou terreuse. Ça ne valait pas les 130€ et quelques selon nous

Hôtel pratique et agréable
Hôtel très bien placé dans San Francisco. Les chambres ont été rénovées et sont agréables. Le coin cuisine est très pratique avec le frigo, le micro-ondes et la machine à café. Très bonne literie. L’accueil est excellent et les gérants sont adorables. Le souci principal reste le bruit de la circulation proche donc pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, il vaut mieux prévoir des bouchons. Il y a une douzaine de places de parking donc cela peut être léger en cas de forte fréquentation.

Hôtel confortable au niveau de la literie et de l’équipement mais bruyant et la propreté laisse à désirer micro onde non nettoyé et très sale bouteille vide restée au sol dans la salle de bain pop corn sur la moquette... petit déjeuner gratuit mais médiocre un biscuit emballé est donné avec un café et un jus de fruit ... par contre très bien situé au niveau du Golden Gate

Séjour touristique de 6 nuitées. Ligne de bus au pied de l'hôtel qui permet de se rendre aussi bien au Golden Gate qu'à Fisherman's Wharf. Petits commerces et restaurants à proximité. Hôtel très sympa, d'autant que du personnel s'exprime aussi en français, ce qui est rare au USA. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à un petit-déjeuner continental copieux mais ce qui est proposé suffit à caler l'estomac.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour SF
Nous avons réservé cet hôtel malgré les commentaires négatifs sur le site. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la prestation. L'hôtel a été entièrement refait, il est localisé dans une zone très sympa, la chambre était grande avec un grand lit et tout le nécessaire. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. L'accueil a été très sympa et nous avons bien discuté avec les membres de la réception qui nous ont donné tous les conseils nécessaires pour notre voyage. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais pour un des hôtels les moins chers de SF c'est très raisonnable. Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits et avons été très satisfaits.

Bruyant et pas assez de places de parking
Hotel choisi pour son parking. Helas celui ci est minuscule et presque tout le temps, donc il a fallu jongler avec les horaires complexes des parcmètres. La position , le long de Lombard Bridge, côté Golden gate, est interessante, mais la voie est très passante et l'isolation phonique inexistante! Dommage pour le personnel dont l'accueil et l'aide sont sympathiques.

So we stayed there 3 days and the cleaning lady didn't come to try and clean our room till 7pm, we had left and came back twice and room still not done, they say they have breakfast, but not the case, only coffee, orange juice, and some danishes. The motel itself was ok, very close to Fishermans Wharf and Russian hill

Room had a hole in the wall with a bunch of wires in it. We were given dirty towels with black shoe marks on them. We found a COCKROACH in the shower. When asked if we could get new sheets the only put a new comforter & left the old sheets. (We noticed because the sheet had a hole in it). Blow dryer didn’t work. Knob to turn shower on/hot water kept falling off too. Don’t stay here this place was so horrible.
