Hello Simon,We are so sorry for the inconvenience cause to you for shuttle service. As said shuttle is catering to 4 hotels and day of your check out all hotel we sold out and to much of rush for 5am and 9am shuttle from all hotels, that's the reason shuttle guy was taking 5 -6 guest from each hotel.Though it was not your fault and you should not have suffered for the same. It was an extra cost to you for spending for UBER. Please note that I have refunded 20 as Uber charge to your credit card ending with VISA-2037 today and you should get credit in a day or two.Once again we apologies for the same

Hello Madam, I humbly request you to not to narrate wrong story. The fact is you called after midnight to check availability of room. My front desk person specifically told you that he has only 1 X suit room available and he quoted you the rate, then you said that you are getting better rate online and FD said that if you are getting better rate for said date then it's your wish. You arrived after midnight with wrong date booking (instead of 3/20 ,you booked online for 3/21) which was not our mistake though we offered you the help of charging the difference (regular room to suit) and give you the only suit room available. You did not agreed to it and was asking for refund, though it was non-refundable booking we refunded the charges and gave you the print proof of refund.
