Chambre très grande, comprenant 1 lit queen, 1 table de travail, 1 divan, 2 petites tables, 1 micro onde, 1 cafetière, 1 frigo. Salle de bain avec grande vanité, bain douche, mais toilette trop basse. Propre et confortable. À coté du McDonald, 5 minutes de marche du IHop, et aussi restaurant de l'hotel Double Tree à moins de 10 minutes de marche. Shuttle pour l'aéroport à heure fixe, mais pas disponible l'après-midi, coût d'un taxi 25$. Le shuttle du matin fait au moins 5 hôtels, HI semble être le 2e. Respecte son horaire. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner inclus, car on partait avant 6h. Je vous recommande cet hôtel.

It's a pleasure to read that our convenient location was a highlight of your visit, and we appreciate you giving prospective guests, who may be reading the comments, relevant information about the hotel's proximity to local dining options and our complimentary shuttle service. As you rightly pointed out, we provide a scheduled airport shuttle to our guests and share this service with other hotels in the area. We do recommend guests keep this in mind when scheduling a return to the airport. Our shuttle runs at limited hours between 5AM to 10AM and 5PM to 10PM, and our shuttle hours are advertised on our brand website to avoid inconvenience. Kindly note that our shuttle schedule has been modified due to the limited number of flights to/from SFO during non-peak hours. Again, we are one of only a few hotels that still provide this service, and almost every hotel that has begun to provide shuttle service is operating on the same schedule, except for full-service properties. Un hôtel pratique puisque près de l’aéroport. Par contre, tout dépendant où est votre chambre, la nôtre était située du côté de la piste de décollage. Alors plus difficile de bien dormir la nuit quand des avions décollent. C’est le seul point négatif. Chambre très propre et lit confortable, le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi.

Unfortunately, due to limited parking in this area, almost all hotels charge a parking fee. As an airport property, we strive to provide convenient and secure parking for our guests. Our secured parking lot is priced very competitively when compared to other airport hotels nearby and hotels in San Francisco that also charge for parking. Our parking fee is just 19.99 per day, which is much lower than other hotels in the San Francisco and SFO area that charge up to 75 per day with no in-and-out privileges. This fee is listed on our brand website and all booking sites, so it is not a surprise for our guests. Nonetheless, we value your feedback and hope this aspect of your stay did not take away from your overall experience too much. I was hit with an additional Airport fee of around 8.00 USD per day because hotel is near an airport. What a scam. It's no longer consumer friendly but profit driven. That was total disappointment. Also I got bite about 3 times by a spider. Saw it when I walked into the room. Tried to kill it but missed, that night the spider feasted on my back and legs. Very painful, so I took pictures. Breakfasts were good and good quality.

We are sorry for your displeasure with the Airport fee. We understand that any unexpected fees/charges can be inconvenient to our guests, so we do our best to ensure all information is clear. It sounds like you are referring to the amenity fee of 7.99 per day - a fee implemented so that the hotel can retain the services and amenities it provided pre-pandemic. As many returning customers may have noticed, the hotel's rates have decreased by more than fifty percent since the onset of the pandemic. Rather than eliminate hotel amenities altogether and reduce hotel staff, we have chosen to charge a fee that is fully disclosed at the time of booking to help pay for the retention of amenities and services. It's unfortunate to learn about the pest issue you encountered in your room. The property is serviced regularly by pest control, and we have procedures related to our pest policy that should have prevented the possible pests you discovered, so it's strange that this happened. This is a serious allegation that would require investigation if true. We request you contact the hotel directly with more details so we can investigate the matter. Thank you for your feedback.
