The bed was a little lumpy, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. It was so close to the zoo, very quiet area (we were not facing the freeway, so I can’t speak for those rooms), and great breakfast options.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and would not recommend it. It was very noisy, and we were not able to get sleep at night. You can hear people talking in the adjacent room.

The hotel was alright. But the beds were horrible. Its lopsided its the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in, well more like laud in cause sleep was so hard when yiur trying not to fall off

People were friendly and it was pretty straight forward to get to our room. The only problem is we never received our crib even when at check in they told us it would be up in a couple minutes. We had a 3 day stay so the crib was pretty important. Other than that, it was good for the price and proximity to big places.

The property is very affordable and convenient. The rooms are not in the best condition. They have paint on the tables, old gum in the carpet, bed sheets with stains and old trash stuck between cabinets. The drains were about to get clogged, the water took forever to leave for both the toilets and the shower. Nonetheless, the staff was really friendly. I could not complain about the price. I got the room with the double bed and the bunk beds. Perfect for my two daughters, son, me, and my husband. They provide free buffet breakfast which is very rare nowadays. We used the pool and jacuzzi, my family had fun. Our stay was mainly to have somewhere to sleep while we visited theme parks.

The staff was phenomenal. Netzer from security went above and beyond. As a group of single women visiting from out of state we felt so safe and he was so helpful. The manager was very kind and attentive. He made sure our stay was memorable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The AC was freezing cold the way we like. The breakfast has plenty of options. The parking situation wasn't my favorite but that's just how San Diego parking goes. All in all for a quick trip it was a great stay for the price. We will be back

As we arrived I was directed to park. I came with my large family of 6. Including one toddler. Large Chevy suburban. Paid for parking 24.99 Arrived to the covered parking lot I was directed to near the elevator. My suv did not fit well in the parking spots. I parked there regardless for 10min to unpack and unload my family and sleeping child. And I was willing to move my car to an outside parking place. I came back to a letter on my dashboard telling me to learn how to park. And I need to re learn how to read. Mind you it was 10min of unloading. Extremely disrespectful. Went to my room and the tv in the living room area did not work only the tv inside the room.

The photos are misleading. We stayed in a suite with two double beds and a sofa sleeper, and barely had room to move. The breakfast offerings were lackluster, the parking lot was tight and difficult to navigate. The room itself was shabby and dated. The only highlight was the employees, who were incredibly kind and helpful. Will not return, and probably won’t stay at any Best Western property in the future.

The young lady at the desk was very nice. However the breakfast was not the best. No hot water for the oatmeal, no fresh fruit, cold sausage, and out of spoons. Could hear a weird sound later to find out that it was the mini fridge. Walls thin and could hear everything. The bed was very noisy. Not good water pressure for the shower, hot water limited in the room.

The worst Best wester we have ever stayed!. The AC was not working, there was water coming in through the window and it was wetting the carpet. We ask if we can get another room and they were so rude and said that’s all they had take it or leave it. We ask for more pillows and towels never got them. Over all the worst experience we have ever had. Wouldn’t recommend to no one
