Beautiful grounds and Anastasha who worked this front desk, took care of us on check in and checkout. We were greeted with smiles and gifts for the children. Great staff in the restaurant and room service was amazing! We loved our stay! We will be back.

We were able to get into our room sooner than expected, which was great however, the room was filthy underneath the couch and the tables there was garbage, and there was old food underneath the refrigerator in the kitchen. Also, during our day, another guest threatened my friend because we were sitting in the hot tub and their kids were crazy all over the place unsupervised because my friend helped one of them he made assumptions. For the most part, the room was comfortable. The service was good and the food was good.

If you want a quiet hotel, this is not the place for you. Very noisy due to proximity of airport, highway, and party room above the guest rooms. Guest rooms are ok but somewhat tired and in need of an upgrade. Staff in the restaurant and coffee trailer were courteous and the food was good. Beach access was excellent and the pools were neat, tidy and well maintained. Overall experience was ok, just didn’t get much sleep due to it being so noisy. Just understand what you are getting into ahead of time.

Parking is free and mostly close by rooms. Very nice and good maintaned beach area. Good food and drinks. Buildings are lower and nicely fit in the landscape. Garden is beautiful. Defenitely recommend it!

We loved the resort. Our room was very comfortable. The view was nice. The check in experience was smooth and personable. There were a lot of activity however it did not impact us at all. Well done. They don't really tell you about their restaurant. While the staff needs a bit of spring training the food was very good. It is not a big menu, the prices are not inexpensive however the outside atmosphere is super relaxing with the fire pits at table and looking at water. Highly recommend atleast one meal. Also the drinks are very good.

Staff were friendly, but hotel is dated. Very noisy, as we were in a room directly below the ballroom, where a wedding was taking place, so music was being played loudly until midnight. Hallway was noisy as well, all hours. Outside noises, started around 7am, with garbage trucks, car alarms etc. Toilet broke, had to fix chain. Overall not worth what we paid for. If you are going to amusement park, I guess would be a good location

Resort was very unclean, extremely noisy, Front desk was pushing higher rates for the same rooms then we booked. It was so unpleasant that we had to leave and not even stay night at the resort and lose entire night stay in our money. It was the worst experience ever!

The warm welcome & help we received from the 2 front reception ladies was fantastic! Anastasia was extremely helpful and kind and told us about the amenities. We didn't get the name of the other young lady but she was also helpful and kind. That was a super nice kick-off to our mini vacation stay. They have a harbor cruise boat on the property, as well as watercraft rentals, and bike rentals. And now we plan to return in the near future.

I love the location! It’s so peaceful and serene! The food is delish from the restaurant there and super convenient being part of the property. Also, love that there are vendors nearby to rent paddle boards and kayaks! Can’t wait to return though. Wish it was less expensive.

Check in staff was very kind, Karina especially. Only dislike was the property security. There was a rowdy man on our floor and security came and assumed it was our group of girls and asked us if we were going to be “partying”. Later that night another security came to our room around 2 am and woke us up saying he could hear us from the street ?? Our room was on the second floor. Felt targeted and uncomfortable men kept coming to the only room full of women.

Our room was beautiful and we were able to check in early. Property is beautiful and hotel and restaurant staff were so nice and welcoming. Would definitely book this hotel again!

Loved the location. Staff and amenities offered. Room was cleaned every day. Was very quiet after 10pm. Would recommend but be prepared for a stiff bed and very low water pressure.
