The hotel is tucked into a corner under the freeway onramp, I was happily surprised at how quiet the property is. I was caught off guard by the additional $100 deposit.

The grounds were kept cleaned and pool lobby was comfortable to enjoy some time outside with friends. We appreciated the convenience of having a fridge and microwave in our room.

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. No fruit whatsoever. I understand they pride themselves on the hot breakfast, but I didn’t want the eggs and bacon.

The hotel was very nice with friendly staff and conveniently located near downtown Redlands. Our room was clean and extremely spacious and quiet. We'll definitely come back!

Our shower and bath didn’t have any water, the handle had broken off. Front desk staff and maintenance staff seemed completely unconcerned and unapologetic. We never received any updates about when it would be fixed or what exactly was wrong with it. I strongly suspect they knew it was broken and continued to rent the room anyway. At one point we saw the maintenance person casually doing some painting, rather than, I don’t know, driving to the plumbing store or working on our shower? Other than that the property was ok, not super clean but ok.

Slept very well in king bed. Weather was cool and there was always a fire in fireplace in the lobby to sit down in front of. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that on next to the last day of our stay they ran out of coffee. I guess their grinder broke, so last 2 days of our stay we could make in room coffee but none where breakfast served in area off lobby where there was supposed to always be coffee available. It was positive stay otherwise.

I stayed at a big ayres hotel and was beautiful but this one was smaller and had a small town feel. Excellent breakfast with a chef to make made to order omelets. The outside rooms had parking in front of the room which made it convenient. Beautiful flower trees outside and clean. Perfect for families

Room 140 was nice but it’s right Next to The cleaning ladies laundry room. It was so loud all day. All you hear is the washing machines. Please wear ear plugs if you stay in this room. Do not stay in room 140 expect to get no sleep.
