You are 100% correct in that our housekeeping procedures have changed due to our response to COVID-19 as well as a severe labor shortage. That said, the items you mentioned in the corridors should not have taken place and we will address. No garbage can should be overflowing, that is embarrassing and I will get on that quickly. We do honor requests from guests but a goal of limiting personal contact thus minimizing the chance of spread of the Coronovirus is a goal. Please come back! Dusty Smith
