ça dépanne

pr un trip genre nba finals que j'ai fait sur 4 jours, ça dépanne, c'est juste a cote de la salle des san antonio spurs!!

some of the lights in the room did not work

Les + : bed was great.
Situation : close to downtown I did like that.
breakfast was ok , but I had to ask to get refill on milk , juice etc was not enough in the countertop, swimming pool not clean enough.

The internet was not working, the rooms conditions were awful, the hotel rate super expensive, I wold not stay in any Days Inn again!

There was a dirty towel I. The bathroom. When we asked for another towel we were questioned as to tone of our arriv and several other questions instead of just giving us another towel. One if the ammenities listed is breakfast, yet on the first morning there was none. There person there said they didn't know what to do. The second morning was fine.

Bad house keeping. Bad breakfast service. Should not be advertised as continental breakfast because it is not. Also pool is filthy. You should really think on hiring a pro to clean it.

WORST, DIRTIEST HOTEL EVER!

was told our room was given away and no others were available. somehow they came up with a room- most likely one of their out of service rooms because we got in the room and a/c would not cool. Maintenance man was called out and a/c was not repairable. was put in different room and smelled of smoke very bad, test room was filthy, need sheets were dirty and lamps were broken. Called office once again, did not get any other room and was denied a refund. We decided to check out of hotel and head back home at 1 a.m. instead.

Not so great

Walking into the room, the place smelled horrible! My friend and I actually went to buy air fresheners because it smelled so bad. Beds were hard but I was already expecting that. A couple of bugs were found near the window. The pool was kind of dirty. My friends bed would sink in, then before checking out, we were looking around the room to make sure everything was packed. She looked under her bed and realized the bed was broken. Wow. I knew the place wasn't going to amazing, but at the same time I wasn't expecting it to be that bad.

Close to the ATT center but you can do better.

Didn't expect much and didn't get much. Sheets were stained, carpet worn; overall an old and ran-down looking motel.
