I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Knights Inn during my booking on 24th May 2025. Upon check-in, the room was messy, unhygienic, and had a strong foul odor. The bedsheets were used and the overall condition was unacceptable. I immediately took pictures and reported the issue to the receptionist, who acknowledged the problem and cancelled the booking on the spot, promising a refund.
However, I was shocked to later receive a response from hotel management denying both the condition of the room and their promise of a refund. They even falsely accused me of inappropriate behavior, which is completely untrue. Their refusal to take accountability and their unprofessional attitude speak volumes.
Photos were taken as proof and shared, yet they continue to deny responsibility. This kind of dishonesty and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I booked via Expedia under the impression that the property met basic hospitality standardsâit did not.
I strongly urge travelers to reconsider booking here. There are many better options out there that value cleanliness, integrity, and customer respect.
