Dear Kimberly,I am so sorry there were issues with your stay. Upon reading your review, I immediately checked our records, and we did not charge you for Saturday night. Although the card would have been authorized for both nights upon check-in, we only charged you for Friday night. You booked the day before arrival, and with San Angelo Stock Show going on, rates all over town were high due to very low availability. Under more normal circumstances, your rate would have been lower.We are preparing to embark on a substantial renovation here at the hotel.
