This place is a dump. Shame on Expedia for promoting this place. It was so bad that I left for another hotel, losing the money I paid for the room. It's all bad, dirty, matress was at least 25 years old, the bathroom is old dirty and smelling. DO NOT STAY THERE!

This is an old building, so I don’t know how much they can really do with it, but just kind of a dingy old property. The location on the river is pretty disappointing. If you go a 1/10 of a mile in either direction, it’s much prettier. The staff was real and friendly and helpful though.

The indoor pool is what has the price so high. I didn’t care to use the pool. The bed was very hard. The rooms hadn’t been updated in a really long time. The place in general is run down. It’s full of children screaming and running around.

We have stayed at The Pearl on the Concho 3 times now. The staff is very friendly, the pool and play area is so neat. Our kids love to stay here! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the mornings plentiful. There is a Texas shape waffle marker and cereal, along with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The restaurant on property is really good and reasonably priced. There is a bar on property also. Downtown San Angelo is very close. It’s easy to get to the fair grounds from the hotel.

This is our go to spot when we come to town for the Livestock show and rodeo. The pool for the kids is great. Restaurant has great food and the breakfast provided is really nice as well.

The hotel was in bad need of a renovation. The rooms we were in, didnt look like they had been improved since the 1970's. You could see sunlight all around the door and that made it much louder when the train would go through, several times an hour. The staff were helpgul, though

It was so nasty we actually checked out and moved to a different hotel. For almost $800 I was shocked at how unclean and just rundown the property was. The door wouldn’t lock properly. I would like to request a refund for the second night stay. We were checked out within hours of checkin in. As you can see, we booked a different hotel for Saturday night.

Although the card would have been authorized for both nights upon check-in, we only charged you for Friday night. You booked the day before arrival, and with San Angelo Stock Show going on, rates all over town were high due to very low availability. Under more normal circumstances, your rate would have been lower.We are preparing to embark on a substantial renovation here at the hotel. This was one of the most expensive hotels in the area. I booked it assuming it would be a pleasant stay. We booked 4 months in advance, four nights for close to $700. When I tried to cancel the first night only, Expedia quoted me $200 more to remove the Friday night. We decided to use the 1st night and they gave us a room directly opposite the miniature golf. The golf balls hit our door all night long until 11 pm and the noise from the pool area kept us awake when we needed to sleep. This happened 3 of the 4 nights that we stayed. The breakfast Monday was not ready until 7:30. We had to leave to get to our event by 8 and had no coffee or breakfast. The hotel's policy that they service the room every 3 days is unheard of! This is not a cheap hotel. We had to ask for towels EVERY DAY! I would not recommend this hotel to my WORST enemy!

I have always stayed here with no problems. It’s been a little over a year that me and my family stayed. It is rundown with roaches crawling every the very small roaches on the bed and table. Obviously the hotel knows the problem that is going on . This is a health hazard and this place needs to exterminated or closed down for good.

The only problem was the height of the toilet. It was just too low -I’ve had back and hip surgery and it was difficult to sit do low and getting was difficult. .

I stayed the night and it was a very pleasurable stay. Very comfortable bed and even though it was New Year’s Eve it was relatively quiet and I was able to get a good nights sleep.
