This was a really big room for the price. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. I did sleep through free breakfast, but it is nice it’s included. I just wish it was open a little bit later than 9am. Only stayed here a night but it was quiet, comfortable, and I’d stay again if I was back in the area!

The staff of this property are the real bonus for anyone staying here. They are super welcoming and friendly and do their best to be helpful. We had lots of questions about places to eat and transportation and they were really helpful with everything. They also have a quick and convenient airport shuttle, so appreciated. They are within walking distance of public transportation and a variety of restaurants if you don't mind a bit of a walk. My son was in the pool and hot tub every day and loved them. Plus a free breakfast. How can you go wrong?

Room was large, clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable as was the couch. Free parking and good free breakfast. Small indoor pool and hot tub, gym. Easy walking to the temple and capitol about a mile. Great Thai restaurant across the street. Close to coffee shops and cafes.

The walls in this hotel must be thinner than other hotels we stay at because we could hear the people on the room next to us as is if they were sitting in our room. If it was just for a few minutes it wouldn’t have been a big deal, but it lasted from 10pm until almost 3am. Parking is also limited, 2nd night stay only a couple of empty stalls when we arrived after an event.

The room was good size. The only thing I did not like was the couch it is filthy and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Staff was great, room as expected. The area feels a little sketchy, but there were nice restaurant options nearby. Shuttle service was a big plus and very accommodating.

Clean hotel, easy check in/out. Stayed for 3 nights, location is convenient by the road, few dinning options around. Continental breakfast with few options, small space thought. Small pool (was mostly empty on weekdays), decent gym. However resistance band dandle broke and left bruise on the ankle, front desk did not have an ice pack, gave me plastic bag which I filled with ice. No further assistance or concern was offered. Adjacent room separated by 2 interior doors have no sound proof. Around 11pm on second night people were checked into adjacent room and we were woken up by the noise as if they were in our room. People there also were knocking on that door and playing with handle. After a call to front desk I was told there’s nothing they could do. Remaining time we dealt with noise. Room itself was good size, housekeeping was good but did not replenish small supplies, which was later provided by front desk upon request. Shower bathtub could use more cleaning. Kitchenette with fridge was convenient. No toothpicks anywhere in hotel.

Everything is unique in Moab, this property including. Their breakfast is better than average, with a choice of decent pastries. Nice rooms, with sitting area separated from sleeping and thoughtfully done lighting. I also liked that one can open a window.
