The pictures of this hotel are extremely misleading. Everything looks clean and well maintained but when you arrive the entire place smells of dry rot, the building is very run down, and the room has visible cobwebs. And you can hear everything that is going on in your neighbors room. Even if they’re across the hall. Or maybe in the hall, currently having sex and not being very shy about it. I can’t believe I spent 170$ to stay here.

You can tell that at one point they were trying to clean the property up. Some areas are still showing their age. Tubs/sinks in the bathrooms are pealing. Furniture is old and sone of it is pretty scratched or dinged up. Has potential, some areas just need a little elbow grease.

So everything went well until they issued my deposit back after a couple days then I checked my account saw it there, used some of the money then found out today they took back the deposit and over drafted my account when I called they told me call back Monday in 3 days

I never write reviews but this stay was terrible, I should have left after the first night. The toilet ran constantly and when mine wasn’t the one upstairs was, the heater shook so badly that I thought it was going to explode, you could see daylight around the wall unit also, the security doors do not work so any of the multiple homeless could come in whenever, I ask if the could fix the toilet, some one came and moved the chain in the tank, which only stopped it until the next flush.. i definitely learned my lesson on this one

Lobby and rooms are clean, though the halls need some sprucing up. The property is next to a train track and there's a lot of pot smoking around the premises - there were people smoking pot in cars, outside the building and we smelled it in the halls. Several party rooms as well, so the halls were noisy with a lot of teenage/young adults yelling, etc. The front parking lot feels unsafe. Person checking in was very friendly but difficult to understand and had unpleasant body odor. Bed and room were comfy, other than horrible water pressure. Basic amenities.

Our room had dirty and stained sheets on both beds. Our bathroom was jammed shut, had to have a worker come open it at 4:30am just to let us into the bathroom. The closet door was also jammed shut. It does not seem like this room should be rented out. The property workers were extremely nice and helpful. Safe area. Would stay here again but it would have been a much better stay without the issues above.

It is an older hotel that has been repainted and flooring in the rooms replaced. It was clean and the beds were good. It was what we expected for the price. The area is better than south of 7200. Parking was well lit and access to the hotel was convenient. Typical breakfast of waffles, cereal and breads. Good for our needed stay.

The property is situated in a more rough part of town. At night there was a car parked in the lot, in which, someone was smoking marijuana. Across the street, at the Phillips gas station, at approximately 10:55 AM, I was in the parking lot when a male started to get physical with a female, another male got involved and drew their firearm. No one was seriously hurt during this altercation. The hotel room was clean, but doors shutting in the hallway were really loud. The sheets had blood stains at the portion of the bed where the mattress meets the boxspring or frame.

bad area, poor service
hot tub is broken. there was a police presence like a drug bust in the parking lot. they indicated it was for a nearby hotel. police advised us it’s a high crime area. lock everything up and don’t leave it visible it the vehicle will likely be broken into. the fridge compressor made horrible noise. was told nothing to be done, no maintenance, no manager over the weekend. I unplugged it. not brilliant as stays go
