Moyen dans l ensemble. Je ne positionnerai pas cet hôtel en 4 Etoiles. Propreté assez bien. Par contre, éviter de laisser ses effets personnels dans le coffre parce qu il ne fonctionnait pas. Sinon le personnel est sympathique

L'établissement est très grand, entre hôtel et motel... L'accueil est plutôt bon. Les chambres sont confortables. C'est proche du centre-ville mais la zone n'est pas très agréable avec beaucoup de SDF dan sle parc à côté.

Grandeur et Confort, mais un peu trop Formel
Le Little America est un hôtel grand et élégant qui offre un confort top niveau. Dès l'entrée, la classe se ressent. Les chambres sont bien aménagées, douillettes. Cependant, bien que le cadre soit agréable, il manque un peu de chaleur humaine. Le service est impeccable mais pourrait gagner en convivialité. L'emplacement est idéal, facilitant les déplacements en ville. Un bel établissement qui pourrait être encore mieux avec une touche plus humaine.

This property is the only place to stay in SLC. It is inexpensive, well kept, the staff are absolutely wonderful!

We have stayed there many times! It is a beautiful hotel! For the first two days, our bathroom sinks would not drain, or drained very slowly. We contacted engineering and they fixed it immediately. Maid service was only provided on request, which I liked, but some people don't. I also did not like paying 18.00 a day for parking! Never had to do that before!

Property was beautiful! Rooms were older but very clean and spacious. Grounds were immaculate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the coffee house that was good and the prices were refreshingly affordable. The history in the pictures hung on the wall were fun to read. Highly recommended!

The location is strategic in the nice area and not far from the downtown. The transportation is easy to find since the train stop is in front of the hotel. The staff are really nice , helpful.

Only bad thing I can say was we were not made aware the roof top pool was closed down. Other than that we loved our stay. As usual our room was clean and we love how big the rooms are.

Dear Abram, We have worked hard to try and notify our guests that our indoor pool is closed for a major renovation. The reservations made through the 3rd parties’ websites, like Expedia, are difficult for us to communicate with as we do not have direct access to you email or phone numbers. The information for the pool closure is listed on the Expedia website but you do have to search for it. Again, we do not control the content of the 3rd party websites, so we are sorry you did not get this critical information. Thank you for your understanding and valuable feedback. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It has several restaurants and has a great, walkable location. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed outside of the towers. But I thought for the price of the hotel room it was really dated inside our hotel room. The A/C did not work well. The bathroom was really small. The bathtub looked dirty in some parts because it was pretty old. Shower curtain on the outside was dirty. Furniture was really dated. Pillows deflated to pretty much nothing when sleeping.
