Centre ville en travaux !
Prestation type, logé au 12e et dernier étage nous avons subit le ronronnement des machineries. Nous avion sprévu l'après-midi pour visiter le centre ville : rien à voir c'est en travaux + Gaie Pride en concurrence avec les Mormons + un meutre à 4h du matin à 200 mètres de l'hôtel... une étape gâchée

We appreciate your comments, we are sorry about the construction. We have no control over the city and construction. As for the crime. On general our crime rate is not super high. It was just happenstance. We do hope you will give us a second chance. Thank you so much for your business.

Hôtel bien situé à distance à pied de Temple Square. Hôtel moderne propre. Petit déjeuner très léger. Buffet vidé plus de yaourts plus de pancakes… Dommage.

This location was a new area for me. I’ve stayed in Salt Lake City several times, but not in this vicinity. I like that it was easy to go in and register and park my vehicle and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

We were there for less than 24 hrs. We were flying out of SLC airport early in the morning and wanted to stay close to the airport. We were on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the city. It seemed like a safe area when we arrived around 11p, the night before. We really were not there long enough to comment on the surrounding area. The hotel was very nice and clean. The included breakfast was excellent. The location was very convenient. The one thing that I did not care for was the additionsl $20/night parking fee to park in the hotel garage. Otherwise we had an excellent experience!

The hotel and our room is very clean! The room was cleaned daily and the proper amount of towels & amenities were replaced. The staff is super friendly & helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good, a decent selection of hot & cold food choices. They even had turkey sausage. Great location in a safe area of downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There is decent size poor with jacuzzi and sauna.

Checked into the room, on the shower wall, about eye level was a large clump of long black hair. They came and cleaned, but not a great first impression. I think the walls are made of paper, could hear neighbors, hallway, people above. Parking at night is tough, and not the best neighborhood. Would find another place.
