Arrivés pour une nuit dans une grande suite ,appréciable car nous voyageons à 4 adultes,nous avons trouvé un service irréprochable, un petit déjeuner copieux , seule l'atmosphère de la chambre était un peu froide ,pour une nuit on s'y fait ....belle salle de bains, jamais de mauvaises surprises de toutes façons dans cette chaîne d'hôtels . L'environnement est moyen,une zone hôtelière à l'écart de la ville, y'a pire !

Was charged twice for staying one night. Requested to speak with someone about it when I checked in, front desk clerk said it would be rectified by the morning and that the morning clerk would have all the information for me, that I just needed to ask. The morning front desk clerk had no idea what I was talking about. She didn’t want to speak with me about anything, just nodded, handed me my receipt and walked away. Very disappointing that no one wants to help. No one wants to put forth any effort to handle this issue. All of that said, hotel was nice. Room was fine. Pool is outside with no access from inside the hotel. Lots of homeless gathering just the other side of the pool fence. Lots of bugs and snails in the pool and hot tub. No towels at the pool, must bring your room towels. We didn’t have breakfast so, no comments on that. This hotel is at the end of a dead end road with a very popular fast food restaurant at the beginning of the road. Trying to get around that proves to be quite difficult.

Checking in was very good with the customer service person. Room had same carpet as the corridor .Felt like staying in a dirty carpeted room. Paint peeling in bathroom, edges dirty, took two towels to dry after shower. Breakfast was awful, All packaged items which you purchase from Dollar Stores. Would not have paid nearly $200 a room if I had known all this deficiencies VERY DISAPPOINTED..
