« The staff were helpful and very friendly Although it is not a new building, it was well kept and did not feel unclean. However, towards the end of my stay, I was bothered by the smell of sewage coming from the drain in the kitchenette. I was a little disappointed because it would have been great if they had been more careful in cleaning the invisible areas. I hope for improvement. »

« Cet hôtel est tout simplement magnifique! La chambre était grande, propre, bien décorée et le frigo était bienvenu. La nourriture était excellente, nous nous sommes vraiment régalés. Mais surtout le personnel était très accueillant, tout le monde très souriant et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la promenade au coucher de soleil dans les dunes! Merci encore, nous avons passé un très bon moment avec vous. Nous reviendrons chez vous si nous repassons par là une fois. »

"Un très bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur les pyramides. Super calme, petit dej top. Je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel sans hésiter. Petits points négatifs n’impactant pas la note : Dommage que par mail on nous demande de traduire nous même, à 2 reprises, et de renvoyer notre mail en anglais. Je pense que pour un hôtel de cette gamme un petit copier coller dans Google traduction n’est pas insurmontable. Autre chose: les prix pratiqués dans l’hôtel au comptoir pour les taxis sont presque honteux comparé aux prix juste derrière la barrière "
