Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und Service (Heiner)! Poolbereich sehr sauber, nur ein paar Liegen würden das Ganze noch abrunden. Große, saubere Zimmer. Nur 10min mit dem Auto von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Great room, firm bed. We should have checked when the airport shuttle was available in the morning. Plus when we needed to be picked up from the airport, we had to wait 45 minutes even though the hotel is only a 15 mintue drive. Only poweder creamer available in the rooms. Free breakfast did not start until 7AM and no coffee ready in the lobby before that.

Parking is always available, looks like safe, easy access to all the back doors and free. Service is good and quiet place. I gave average for overall reviews since the hotel is quite old but it’s not too bad to stay since cheaper than other places and clean though. I wish they put some kind of eggs instead of sweets for free breakfast.

The hotel is a really nice place, but the location struggles with 'street people in crisis'. I appreciated the transportation options to the airport and Amtrak station. The staff was very hospitable and the free breakfast was quite pleasant. Despite the area concerns, I would stay there again when I travel for business.

Bessie who works in the breakfast room is excellent! She works tirelessly to make sure all the beverages, fruits, other breakfast items are stocked, greets all the guests even during the morning breakfast rush, and kept up with all the waffle orders. We were very impressed with her during our two night stay. Definitely a star employee!

Its a good spot to crash near downtown without having to pay an arm and a leg to stay in proper downtown Sac. There is nothing around it besides mc donalds, Dennys and a gas station(the store is not open late). It was clean and served our needs a a spot to crash for an overnight trip.

Clean, spacious. Loved the birds. The breakfast was more than I had expected. Yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, croissants, English muffins, toast. Lots of fruit. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel with a certain "vintage" vibe. Convenient location close to the highway, but very quiet as well. Several minute drive to downtown. Would definitely stay there again!

Dated but well maintained building in busling south Sacramento. Inherently noisy locality is made worse by light and noise pollution from security lights and air conditioning units droning hum. These factors affect a good might sleep. Friendly staff and convenient proximity to the i-5, mitigate the downsides.

My husband and I came in for a one night stay. The check-in process was simple and we were directed to our room. The room was simple, but clean. There was a small stain on the bed skirt. The bed was a little too firm, but that is a personal preference. The bathroom was small but again, it was clean. We did not hear any loud noises throughout the night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

The property was feeling it's age and has not been kept up with the times. There was a plumbing issue from the room above that affected our sink and it could not be resolved while we were there. They did offer another room, but it was too late and we wanted to go to sleep, so we opted not to do that.

The hotel itself and staff were excellent. The room was large and well set up. The bed was comfortable. I liked that the shower/toilet were separate from the sinks so someone could shower while someone brushed teeth and hair. The neighborhood felt a bit scary even though there was a police station 500 feet away. But there were homeless about. But the price for what we got was great. It felt like a governor's hotel, not like a cheap motel at all. I would stay there again if in the area. A short drive to the airport was also a benefit.

Area is a little sketchy but property is secure. Easy parking. Room was very clean. Breakfast is standard - attendant very helpful and friendly. Only complaint was no microwave in room!

Comfy bed, clean, shuttle went very well, nice staff at the desk. Lack of gluten free options in food choices (even a frozen muffin would have been nice, or a gf granola bar instead of the non gf ones). If I'd known the McDonald's drive through was right outside the window I would have asked for another room, quiet at night but too early to be hearing the speaker in the am
