This was a terrible experience for us. Our room was next to very noisy men that had their tv so high we could not hear ours next door. They woke up at 6:00 am and yelled and slammed their door so many times. We also had a train whistle all night long seemed like every hour all night long. The entire room needs to be upgraded. There was hair in the bathtub when we arrived. Very disappointing for a Marriott property!!

I was surprised with the overall high rating of this hotel, given my experience. To be clear, the staff members were wonderful. No issue there. But the hotel itself really leaves something to be desired. The flickering light in the bathroom nearly gave me a migraine, everything felt worn down, especially the wardrobe, and the elevator made quite the screeching noise. Nicer experiences are available for the same price nearby. To repeat: this is a not a staff issue. It's a series of property maintenance issues, and I'm posting this review in the true spirit of hope that management will consider investing in fixing some of these aspects if and where possible.

We found the area pretty quiet but you do hear the horns of the trains that pass by in the nearby area...just far away enough for us to enjoy it. Some might find it bothersome. Our room was clean, breakfast was more than just pastry and coffee (waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, juices, etc.). Our room was very clean.

The staff is amazing and the hotel was comfortable. The train next to the hotel is very noisy and made it difficult to fall asleep. Now I know why they have the white noise machine in my room.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was great. The only downside was the hotel was located not far from a train track and it did wake me at night.

The fact that you charge to park a car. That is rediculous. I will never stay there again just for that reason. Just another way to rip people off.

The people at the front desk were very nice. My room definitely could have been cleaner and it seemed run down. The bathroom constantly smelled like sewage. I stayed for a week and my room was only serviced once (I had my do not disturb sign up two of the days). The breakfast was good.

The hotel was nice. Average. Nothing good or bad. Just average. Liz, who worked the front desk was excellent! Very personable, friendly & made me feel right at home. I was traveling by myself so this was a plus. The noise from the train kept me up both nights. Nothing to do with the hotel, but hard when you’re needing your sleep while on business & traveling. Was, for sure, a negative effect on my stay.
