« We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! Would strongly reccomend booking this place for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway! »

« The house was perfectly located right in the heart of Rye. Opposite one of the best pub/restaurants and minutes walk from all the lovely shops and restaurants of Rye. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything needed to prepare and cook a good meal. And the back patio has lovely views over the fields. There had been a leak just before our stay from the house next door which damaged some of the carpets and walls which the owner kindly prewarned us of, but didn’t cause any functional issues...

« It’s a great location. Right by the beach and with good parking. 4 good sized bedrooms. Suitable for 9-10 people of which 4 have to be kids. Other 6 could be adults (unless more adults want to sleep in bunk beds). Good entrance area for all the beach stuff and a nice pool table room on top of the living room. So even us 9 found plenty of space even in a rainy day. »

« Lovely property, with parking for one car on drive and then a payable car park opposite if you have brought more than one car. Beds are lovely and comfy, house was nice and cosy, duvets are thick so might be too hot in summer (they may put summer weight duvets on, we were there at the end of May). « We stayed here for a weekend, to attend a wedding nearby - two adults and two children (aged 5 & 9). The configuration of the apartment was perfect: there are two double beds on the top floor, all kind of in the same room but separated by a wall (it makes sense once you see it), which was perfect for us. « Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....
