Although only one ac unit was not working in the room and the other was functioning properly, we also offered you to move you to the other room where everything was in order. We are sorry that you did not move to the other room, where you would be much more comfortable.Some problems cannot be fixed immediately, but we are always trying to find the best soultions on the spot so that our guests are always satisifed, because your needs are our priority.Nevertheless, we still hope we will have the opportunity to host you again in the future.Kindest regards.Marin, Front desk
