Très agréable
Séjour d'une nuit agréable, surtout avec le spa dans la salle de bain. Personnel très gentil qui s'est mis en quatre pour nous permettre de prendre notre petit déjeuner alors que nous étions pressés par le temps (activité réservée à heure fixe) et que le restaurant était bondé. Un petit bémol : chambre un peu petite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

What I liked was the peacefulness what I didn't like is I thought I booked the room with a jet spa bath but I did not overall was good experience.

Lovely hotel by the lake, it’s location is out side Rotorua for those who like walking it’s walkable to Rotorua, it’s close to the airport but hardly saw or heard any planes. It’s close to the red woods forest and Te Puia. The hotel has a swimming pool and hot pool with a spa attached. A lovely place to stay

The property manager was rude and constantly fighting with her employees. She talked loudly in her native language and was using foul language in front of guests. We had requested early check in, but were asked to wait beyond the regular check in time. I am asking for a full refund of our stay.

While not in Rotorua itself, this resort is minutes from city center and away from the sulphur smell. Lovely setting and attentive staff. Free laundry is a major plus! Easy parking and access to all rooms. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Excellent T food!

Basically had 1 staff member running the whole place. Sauna didn’t work, steam room had to be turned on before use by the one guy doing all the other jobs then had to wait 20 mins for it. You can find better in the area for similar price.

A good spot just 10 mins out of Rotorua. We had a well refurbished room. Very comfortable bed! Staff keen to help address any issues

Go somewhere else.
Dirty and unclean. Stains (blood?) on the pillow and sheets. Run down and all round dirty rooms with a vile stench in them. Rude, uninterested staff.

Couldn’t sit out at night or in the morning for breakfast cause of little flies, but the worst was the attitude of the staff was atrocious, I would’ve gone elsewhere if I could’ve canceled. The young girl working there Saturday morning was very rude and inhospitable. Definitely wouldn’t go back .

Looked like the pictures but a lot more run down, looks like it hasn't had an update in 20 years and half the activities like pool/spa/sauna weren't running. Needs better communication at front desk

What wonderful and friendly place! Greeted us by name each day. Asked how our day went. Owner even tho he couldn’t speak English helped carry our bags up.

Property and rooms were quite smaller and outdated. Air conditioner was present but very loud. Walls were thin and room to room noise was present.

9/10, very nice place. I only ding it a point because the rooms are a bit small and it's the only place I haven't had a microwave or at least mini kitchen. There is a mini fridge but that's it. Beautiful location right on the lake. A few minutes out of downtown on the east side of the lake but nice and secluded.

Beautiful view of the lake. Really appreciated the bug spray in our room when we arrived back late at night. Loved the warm pool and fabulous hot spas as well as the outdoor swimming pool and loved having them to ourselves. Such a great way to start the day. 🙂 as well as the picnic table next to the pool. The pot plants around the pool need updating. And also, the water in our room, the morning we checked out, was either hot or boiling! Too hot to hop under the shower. Otherwise, a beautiful stay. Thank you.

Warum diese Unterkunft sich Spa nennt ist mir nicht ganz klar. Gerade das Badezimmer unseres Raumes war sehr vernachlässigt. Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche, starke Verschmutzung des Duschkopfes und ein schlecht gereinigter Boden im ganzen Bad. Wir fühlten uns nicht wohl. Lediglich die Reaktion des Personals lässt sich loben. Man entschuldigte sich und gab uns innerhalb von fünf Minuten ein neues Zimmer samt Upgrade. Dieses war sehr viel geräumiger, jedoch zeigte das Bad wieder Zeichen des Alters, welche die ganze Anlage zu haben scheint. Dunkel Schwebpartiker in Jacuzzi…Nein Danke. In Rotorua gibt es sicher viele, modernere Hotels zum ähnlichen Preis. Leider sind wir auf die Fotos in der Anzeige reingefallen.

This place is far from a spa and resort. Its nothing like it advertises. Get told the restaurant is shut 3 days before arrival, No option to cancel. Im still waiting for the spa to contact me for an appointment. Had to drive 20 mins into rotorua for a actual spa and massage. It was so disappointing we checked out a day early.

Nice property, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Unfortunately someone was too liberal with the room spray so I had a headache by morning even after airing for an hour. Monday night the other facilities on the property were all closed. Thought we would try the spa pools but they were a bit short staffed due to illness and they didnt look too clean. Carparking is away from the building so returning to our room after dinner (Reception closed) involved getting quite wet (rain) and using a back alley. If staying on a day when the restaurant and bar were open I don't think this would have been such an issue.
