Tout était parfait. Seul hic est devant la fenêtre de notre chambre il y avait un mur blanc…. Tellement ennuyeux ! 3 jours devant ce mur blanc. Aucune prise USB pour charger nos appareils.

personnel de l hotel tres sympathique. Ils sont d une grande aide dans l organisition des activites. Chambre tres correcte et propre. La machine a laver est bien utile.

Hotel tres agreable
Avec tout le confort qu'il faut, apres une longue journee dans la nature, on apprecies d'etre dans la chambre. Le personnel est toujours a l'ecoute, tres serviable et agreable. De plus la chambre a un lave linge et un seche linge, tres appreciable egalement. Un vrai Wifi 100% gratuit et meme pour plusieurs appareils (2 telephones et une tablette).

un hôtel bien placé
J'ai séjourné pendant 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. J'ai été bien accueilli et bien informé et conseillé par le manager sur les différentes activités disponibles dans la ville : jet boat, restos, shopping, le téléphérique SKYLINE et surtout le polynésian spa qui est situé à une rue de l'hôtel, (très pratique). Arrivés dans ma chambre, je l'ai trouvé très bien équipée avec une kitchenette, un grand lit, un petit bureau et surtout un lave-linge et un sèche-linge très utiles. Le lendemain, j'ai cuisiné mon petit déjeuner (oeufs bacons) et là, le hic de l'hôtel, c'est que les fenêtres ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir pour pouvoir aérer la chambre. J'ai dû dormir avec cette odeur de friture (assez désagréable).

Nous étions bien installé, les pièces sont grandes , les équipements en parfait état et le personnel est sympathique, à commencer par le directeur. Nous avons regretté de ne pouvoir séjourner que deux nuits.

This hotel is right in the middle of the city centre with easy access to cafes and a short walk to the water of the lake. It was great to have a kitchen to cook our own meals as we wanted. Staff was very friendly.

Perfect place to stay in Rotorua
Excellent location within walking distance of a ton of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Secured (paid) parking. Most comfortable pillow-top bed I've slept in since arriving in NZ a month ago. Great choice for doing all things Rotorua!

Very nice property. Excellent staff, all super friendly. Easily walkable location, lots of on street parking Rooms are super clean, well equipped kitchen, great shower, comfortable bed and efficient a/c. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good value and quality
We booked an apartment and got exactly as we expected - a separate lounge / kitchen / diner with a TV, plus en-suite bathroom with another TV. The room was clean and furnished to a high standard. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk was provided. As we were staying more than one night we were given a small carton of milk in addition to the pods - which was a nice touch and avoided the need to go to the shops (even though they were nearby). There was a washer and separate dryer with a complimentary sachet of washing powder. The hotel is located very central to shops and it was a nice touch at check in to be asked what we were looking to do - so complimenting activities / restaurants / bars could be suggested, together with a map. Would definitely return.

Well appointed apt suites in central Rotorua.
The "rooms" are actually very solid and well appointed suites in central Rotorua. There is a living room / kitchen area with washer and dryer and a separate bedroom. All clean and in good working order. I only needed a hotel room so it was perhaps a little too much for me. But if you need an apartment set up, this would be a good option.

Stayed here January 2024. Excellent location but parking was poor. Have to use the parking garage down the street where the elevator does not work. Nice clean room, with two comfortable chairs and large tv with HDMI connections so you can stream your own content. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Downside, no coffee maker in room. No instructions on how to use oven.
