« The hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. »

« There is NO soap or shampoos provided. There was a guest blaring music until midnight and the beds on hardwood floors is noisy. »

« From the kiosk to the no person on property to the toilet seat that was super loose to the shower knob that didn't work correctly to the phone call for cking on a tumbler that we called about not long after we left. They never returned the call. Its a dump. I wont stay there again. »

« I had an Expedia reservation for $63, the clerk jerk promptly increased it to $68 by hand.I asked for the manager or owner, not available. Rude obnoxious and disgusting. For $5 they lost about 15 additional stays, which I warned him would be the result of stealing the additional $5. Owner had prior times been a gentleman but I will pay more other places for an honest front desk. Black mold by air conditioner. Very dangerous to weak lungs. »

« I loved staying here!! It is RIGHT NEXT to the police station of Council Bluffs and walking distance to 3 convenient stores, a Hy-Vee and 2 exits away from Henry Doorly Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens. Clean, quiet and nice staff »

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...

« Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there. »

« Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive. »

« Lived the staff- obviously well- trained. The hapog hour and drink coupons were a wonderful bonus. Loved the proximity to the Old Narket. Ever so convenient! »
